    I just completed Maelstrom Prison on SOLO mode and did not receive the Maelstrom Prison location codex or the associated codex for completing the bonus missions.

    Location codex entry "Maelstrom Prison" is unobtainable currently. It cannot be obtain from the Maelstrom Prison flashpoint since patch 4.0.

    Then that implies they have removed some unobtainable lore codex's. If the number of codex's is the same but they added three new lore codex's. Right? But which one's did they remove?
