I hope the title doesn't sound too pretentious, and I hope this is the right forum for this.
To start off with, I've been playing since around December. After a few days of playing as F2P I was hooked, and have been a subscriber ever since. It's not a perfect game of course, but the story and game play are very enjoyable to me.
I switched from Star Trek Online, because of some of the issues I'm starting to see pop up here. Namely patches going live with severe issues (See: CZ-198 lag bug, HK-51 Quest being reset without warning, now the Dread War operation bugged as soon as it goes live).
I realize that some things can slip through playtesting, but to be honest it just looks sloppy from the outside. I was going to spring for at least one character transfer this month, instead I've decided to hold off and will probably go F2P once my current subscription runs out.
I don't have any solutions, I'm not in the hotseat and I'm not trying to tell you all how to do your jobs. I hope that this is just an aberration and we'll start to see better quality control on the patches. Thanks for letting me say my piece.
