    Apart from the other people who did.

    You can just kite him while killing adds, after about 8 adds he'll just keel over and die without any further effort necessary on your part.

    The Imperial agent issue was confirmed as a bug (http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=6139208#edit6139208) so one would assume the same applies here as the principle is the same.
