I got Vector around level 30 and showered him with gifts until the affection went up to about half. I've finished Chapter 1 in the story and I'm on my way to start Nar Shadda. In all this time I have no had 1 conversation with Vector (apart from the one when he joins on the ship). Is there a level requirement? This is my 2nd agent and i haven't had this problem, on any class. Is there a bug? Have I missed something? Please help.
