I am unable to get past the screen after the log in screen, it tries to load several times then it drops to the task bar requiring me to use alt-ctrl-del to quit loading

Stay away from using it, did everything I'm supposed to do, but when I either come here or try to get into the game, I get the message that they do not have my key number. What a waste of $9.

There was a reason from that I play on Asian servers from halfway around the world and no longer play on west coast servers, simple they're either full up or so many are on the game has massive lag. Guess we know where the incompetent people get a job they sign up with bioware
