Honestly if you "don't" address the issue in time of event you CAN extend it, if you "can't" extend it give people reward for completing it. Simple?! I do not know what is happening but last week is puzzling: rollbacks, server downs, broken event. i just start to think if i should search for another game for christmas to save myself frustration. And just to make sure i dont want you to be sorry for inconvenience i want You to have nice happy holidays and i want to have them too without geting iritated cause of problems that cant be adressed!

Seriously what is going on ! Rollbacks, server downs, buggs in GTN, now event that people wait for only to get more frustrated and disapointed, and every time answer we cant fix that we re sorry and so on....

There's no like a "brief" restart that lasts Bravo your timing is best !
