Been leveling my sage from lvl 50 to 53 and every time i add one point to the skill tree, my stats for crit chance, surge and alacrity decreases. Is anyone out there experiencing the same problem? For example while still level 50, my alacrity is about 12.7%. Now at level 53, my alacrity has dipped to 8.87%. Am i bugged big time? I am pretty sure once i level to 54 and add another skill point to my skill tree, crit chance, surge and alacrity would decrease further. Any solutions to this issue?

Just curious to ask, so now zen just gives only 30% alacrity instead of 30% alacrity with each attack consuming one energy?
