ok after doing daily's im wondering if i can buy and RE some of the armor or hilts i do have the crafting skills to make them. but just because they say 0 chance of success. should i keep buying the parts. or buy and try to get a same schismatics

can any one give me a list of what materials are found on each planets (mainly the ones on imperial area) or if you got a link to it.
