I am not sure how up to date SimCraft is but the last time I did a DPS simulation on my 1/12/28 build the results showed: Willpower >= Power > Surge > Crit > Alacrity I know some people will argue that Crit should come before Surge so your mileage my vary

To the original poster, Think of a DPS build sage as artillery. Sages stand in the rear area and support the forward advancing troops. Force in Balance, Weaken Mind, and if PoM procs Mind Crush are all instant cast. Use them to reveal stealthers or interrupt. Personally, I use a 1/12/28 build and love it.
