  1. So I am really curious as to what people think of this and mind of desperately hope this will reach Bioware.
  2. The 'Bright Yellow Eyes' option for Human and Cyborg characters is an amazing feature that many players absolutely love. However, many players, including myself, believe this appearance option should also include Twi'lek and Togruta. There are a lot of roleplayers that seek to give their character the classical Sith corruption look but sadly they are unable to do so with the two species I am currently speaking of. I appeal to Bioware and the Cartel Market to include the 'Bright Yellow Eyes' appearance option for Twi'lek and Togruta as well. Especially for in the upcoming expansion 'Knights of the Fallen Empire' it would make sense for players to choose this option for their Twi'lek and Togruta characters, yet it would make the gameplay experience of KotFE more personal and exciting for many players.
  3. So I have been advocating the implementation of customizable Dark Side corruption for a while now. I really believe it would be a huge bonus to our character customization. So I have been thinking how that would work the best and the Outfit Designer was the answer. Dark Side corruption is already able to be toggled on or off with a specific outfit, however, an improvement to this would be if you could also choose which stage of Dark Side you want with a specific outfit. For example, for outfit 1 & 2 I use Dark I and for outfit 3 I pick Dark Side III. That way the request of having customizable Dark Side corruption from hundreds of players would be satisfied. A fairly easy system could be used to either reward or obtain the ability of choosing what stage of Dark Side corruption you want to be visible with what outfit. Players could either obtain the ability to pick Dark Side I - V by unlocking them through gameplay, or, for example those who went with Light Side but still want to have Dark Side corruption for roleplay purposes, giving the ability to unlock it with credits or CC. I really hope for Bioware to take note of this idea as well as other players. I believe it is a feature that would be really interesting and fun to see, especially with the newly incoming expansion 'Knights of the Fallen Empire'. People would have the ability to make their gameplay in KotFE more exiciting and personal.
  4. Hello, So after my Twi'lek Sorcerer hit Dark Side I today, I got overwhelmed by a wave of joy as her eyes became beautifully yellowish-orange. However, at the same time I got also sad as I knew the further I'd go down the Dark Side the more she'd start to look different from how I would like to see her... and staying Dark Side I isn't an option as I want the relics of Dark Side V. Therefore, once more I beg Bioware to implement yellow eyes for all the species like they have done for the humans and cyborgs. The effect is amazing and gives the classical Sith corruption feel. Also, with yellow eyes on all species even those who go for Light Side on Sith can still have a Sith appearence when RP'ing. The yellow eyes with humans and cyborgs look amazing, it would look just as amazing on Twi'lek, Togruta and the other species that can have the option. I appeal to Bioware to implement yellow eyes as customization option for all the species that it would fit with as I believe it is something players really crave. Kind regards!
  5. Hello, I have a question regarding the 'Lord' & 'Darth' titles when making a new level 60 character in KotFE. I can imagine many roleplayers will want to be able to have the title if they remake their Lord or Darth characters, the same going for various other people renewing their character as a level 60 with the instant leveled one from KotFE. My question therefore is, will at least the 'Lord' and 'Darth' titles be available yo wear if you make a instant level 60 character in the new expansion? Kinds regards!
  6. 32. Customizble Dark Side Corruption (players get to choose what traits they want to see on their characters)
  7. I am sure this has been brought to the attention of Bioware earlier, but let us try to keep them reminded this is something players really want. Otherwise, give all species the ability to pick yellow eyes on their characters like they did with humans and cyborgs.
  8. I know right? I mean, even Chiss should be prone to Dark Side corruption and being able to choose yellow eyes for them would be great. The same goes for all the other species; some Dark Side corruption effects look amazing while others I would prefer not to see in my character. But a modifyable Dark Side corruption option would please a lot of roleplayers. Many of us have chosen the Light Side path ingame, yet for RP we would love to use Dark Side corruption traits. Therefore I think there should really come an option where you can add what corruption traits you want in your appearence. Perhaps it could be linked to the appearence designer? That way you can have both systems existing, but player get the ability to choose what Dark Side corruption they want in their appearence and what not.
  9. I give a full shoutout to this thread as I believe it is something players would really love to seem. There are some that would like red eyes and pale skin, without the creases, or orange/yellow hued eyes only, without any other corruption traits. Either let this be a slider for example, or be able to have variations by choosing what corruption traits people want on their characters or not... or totherwise give all species the option to include at least yellow eyes in appearence designer/character creation. Now only humans have that option (and a few other species such as Pureblood) but I think all species should have that option.
  10. I believe this is something that really should be implemented. There are many people out there who would like to have the opportunity added to change the eyecolour of their Twi'lek to yellow. The feature has been added to human characters and I really think it should be added for Twi'lek's as well. I have a few arguments why I believe that should be done: 1. There are many out there who want to implement Dark Side corruption on their character (for example in RP or esthetic reasons) yet not use the Dark Side corruption in-game. This either because they think it goes a bit too far o they have chosen for the Light Side ingame. If the yellow eyes were also implemented for Twi'lek, it would ease RP for quite a bit of people. I would love to see a pair of beautiful yellow eyes on my Twi'lek sorcerer eventhough she follows the Light Side ingame. 2. The feature shouldn't be too difficult to add. It has already been added for human characters and Sith Pureblood had the option from the start. Therefore I think every species should have the option to choose yellow eyes. Zabrak have the option, Cathar too, so why not the Twi'lek (and other taces that don't have it yet). 3. It would please a lot of players that are wanting a customizable Dark Side corruption. Many for example would only like to use Dark Side I, but have the level of Dark Side V so they can equip relics and such. Adding yellow eyes to the character creation options of Twi'leks (and every species) would be a form of pleasing those players. Another option would be a customizable Dark Side corruption, so that players can choose what corruption traits they want to have on their character. (I really appeal to Bioware to implement this, as this is something that players want a lot. It would make the wish come true for a great part of the player base.) With my reply to this thread I also hope to bring it to the attention of the community and Bioware, as it is something a lot of players would like to see yo be implemented ingame.
  11. I think with the upcoming 5 year jump I think adding such a character customization effect would me amazing. Sure, the ingame player is intended to be young... but there are so many players out there that intend to roleplay aging and elder characters. Having the proper customizations for that would be amazing. Therefore I hope to give this thread an UP and generate attention for it!
  12. Okay true, that is one thing I haven't thought of. Either we'd have to make concessions and like the Twi’lek lekku clipping sometimes accept this as well. I'd happily accept that if we were to get the Falleen :3
  13. I guess the seriousness of my thread has dissipated...
  14. What are people thinking of this idea? Has it been proposed earlier or is it impossible to implement ingame?
  15. Hi there! I often hear people stating the species in SWTOR that are playable, are too human-looking. While personally I have no problem with that, a bit more diversity would make the game more fun I believe. That is why this idea popped into my mind: make the Falleen as a playable species. Not only do they have an amazing culture to explore, they also bear less human like appearences but are still not too alien. Adding to that, it would make sense for all classes to be played as a Falleen. There has been a Falleen Sith Lord on the Dark Council, Darth Karrid. Lastly, they spean Galactic Basic so there would be no problems regarding existing voice actors. Personally I'd love to see the Falleen become a playable species in the game. Their reptillian-like appearence might also appeal to many players asking for more diversity in the playable alien species. Cheers! Ylliarus
  16. Naturally! Perhaps there could be something with an event-linked action (a bit like 'throw hutball' being reserved for only that warzone). For example, one who is 'possessed' could cast the action onto a selected player (perhaps the Emperor's animation of possessing the Jedi Knight's mind could be used for this) and Vitiate's voice could be heard coming from your player like "Your mind is now mine!" and then screen would turn 'vision'-like with a following PVP battle. That battle would take place on a mental level for your player trying to fight the Emperor's influence which is the "possessed' player. Either the assailed one wins and gets to free or kill the assailant, or loses and becomes "possessed' themselves.
  17. *Contains spoilers to Rise of the Emperor* Hello there, First of all I want to say I absolutely am amazed and shocked by the ending of Rise of the Emperor. Honestly, I really did not expect that would happen but then again, it is called "Rise of the Emperor", so I am already anticipating what you have in store for us next! Keep up the amazing work! Secondly, now that Rise of the Emperor is concluded, I had an idea/suggestion regarding a new event, one similair to the Rakghoul Plague event. We have seen what Vitiate could do regarding the possession of people. Perhaps that could be a Rakghoul plague-like event as well? For example, one player gets possessed (similair to infected) and if close enougj to another player for a specific amount of time he or she can get possessed as well. However, Vitiate was slaughtering others to fuel himself through their deaths. In the Rakghoul plague event you only infect other players, what if here you are able to also engage in PVP duel with them while being "possessed by the Emperor"? Just like with the Rakghoul event players not wanting to participate could perhaps buy an artifact or stimulant that helps mental defenses and focus the PVP killing while being possessed only to one planet that has been targeted. One time it could be Alderaan, another time Tatooine or Nar Shaddaa. Just like with the Rakghoul event there could be dailies on the targeted planet regarding the stopping of Vitiate's influance on the planet. I hope the idea is not too bad. It was something that popped up in my mind and what I wanted to share. Kinds regards, Ylliarus
