If you know that it drops in the foundry, then just out level it by about 8-10 levels so you can safely solo and kill each boss until it drops. By soloing it, there will be a higher chance of Bounty Hunter loot dropping so you have some better luck then jut running with some friends who may not be Hunters

I think you have to use a companion customization for the collar to appear off on her character model

Progression raiding, from what I understand, is a style of raiding where the raid team raids with the intent of clearing newer, advanced content at a quick pace. Probably not the best description, as I don't do progression raiding myself. I'm sure someone else will come here and explain it better though

Which advanced class? Well, the powertech jumps head on into combat and deals most of their damage with flamethrowers(especially Advanced Prototype spec) from within at least 10 meters. They also have the option to tank, which, since you get a healing companion first, is really good. Mercenaries deal most of their damage from range with their blasters and missles. They can heal, but leveling as healer can be a little tougher than with other classes since your first tank companion comes after Hoth, and the second after Belsavis.
