Basically, every character I have who starts on Ord Mantell runs into this issue lately. I reported it once using the in-game support, and they advanced my class mission instead of fixing this issue. I'm linking a screenshot (since it won't let me put the image here) that I took just a few minutes ago. This has been going on for more than two months now.
