  2. Most people seemed to miss my earlier point of 'early access': On the 20th I will receive access to KotFE. On the 27th I will recieve access to SoR. What happens in the 7 days in between? Does lvl 60-65 content get unlocked, but am I still not allowed access to level 55-60 content? Edit: So I'm not worried about the actual leveling to 60, but the logic problem of having unlocked 60-65, but still not being allowed to level 55-60. And
  3. My search-fu is failing, could you please show me in the direction of such a statement please? Edit: I found it in the FAQ of KotFE. But the question of being able to level past level 55 still stands, at least for early access period.
  4. Come KotFE, subscribers will receive this content for no additional charge and allow them to level on to the new cap of 65. However if said subscriber does not own SoR, will he/she find it difficult to level up to 60 to join in on the new KotFE content? Or does this mean that SoR will be included for free, much like RotHC became free for subs? Or will a new bug appear where subscribers without SoR will still be capped at 55 and not be able to progress to level 61 to actually use the new content and be forced to create a new lvl 60 character?   6. Or better yet, wipe only copied characters. Since there is a flag for characters created on the PTS it should not be too hard to do.
  7. Gunships are OP in DM. Unless the good enemy players chase me constantly, I generally get 15 to 32 (my current record in a deathmatch) kills, around half would be solo. While I enjoy dominating like that, I feel sorry for those on the recieving end.

  10. The Quarrel, it's my go-to ship, can't beat it for versatility. It can get up close and punch with the Burst Cannon, Deal long-range single target massive hits (including one-shotting bombers with Damage Overcharge), Deal with fortfied nodes using AoE Ion cannons and it can move as fast as most other ships using barrel roll and good energy management (just ask the 2 scouts that were chasing me around a deathmatch map ) As for the other classes, The Pike for its tanky-ness and hard hitters The Flashfire for its crazy critting The umm Minelayer Bomber thing for its offensive capabilities

  13. I don't really want to bash but... To all the gunship pilots that complain about shooting drones and mines, Please learn to aim Yes they are tiny targets but you have a few pixels to aim at, ofcourse lower resolutions will benefit being able to hit the target better Personally I have very little trouble AoEing down entire swaths of mines and drones for my teammates to swoop in and clean up the sattelites.

  15. 1 Base Gunship as my fallback ship, great at clearing nodes, capping nodes, guarding nodes and excellent at TDM. 2 Daily Cannon Strike Fighter/Cartel Gunship (glass gun variant)/Mine Bomber 3 Daily Missile Strike Fighter/Glass Gun Gunship/Drone Bomber 4 Speed Scout/Daily Drone Bomber 5 Heavy Hitter Scout as a fallback to solo cap nodes quickly in a losing game. So I change ships regularly between matches and try to keep a diverse selection available to counter enemy compositions. As an aside...I generally suck at flying scouts, only manage around 30k damage in those in most games
  16. Not true anymore, deselecting ships will give <5 ships
  17. The changes to my builds are going to see my 80% win probably drop significantly.. Also, I suck at TDM, only get around 7-8 kills. And even worse vs premades On the positive, yay for 30k damage/match average

  20. Did anyone else notice that the Flashfire is essentially the NovaDive with it's wings folded in (like a pair of collapsible pliers) and the engines pushed in a bit? Even the paintjob orientation on said wings matches up. How cool would it be if at some point we could get models which use the [1] button to transform to gain a speed advantage or something similar... X-wings, Imperial fighters extending foils...

  22. /tinfoilhat Don't worry guys, Jeelvic will find his way to Correllia (or Tatooine) once Addalar Hyland decides he wants to be in the spotlight again and seeds the rakghoul infection on another planet, just so he can stick his spike into something again... Who knows, maybe Jeelvic will be a permanent vendor in the upcoming Operation where we get to stop Addalar Hyland from infecting other planets. /removetinfoilhat
