  1. Hey there fellow SW:TOR'ers! I would like to know what gaming gear you guys are using? This because there is quite a conflict between SW:TOR, Logitech Setpoint and Windows 10's UAC controls, and I am considering getting another mouse. Mainly the cause is that the launcher requires admin rights, and whatever I tried (disabled UAC, created a task to launch SW:TOR as admin, ...), it isn't working the way it should. Short version: I enabled a preference to send a specific keypress when I press the "back" button (on the mouse) only when in SW:TOR. This works, but ONLY when Setpoint is launched as admin, not as my local user (even though my local user has admin rights). This annoys me only slightly, and as long as I don't forget to quit Setpoint and launch it as admin there is no issue. However... The misses is also playing the game, on the laptop for now. As the laptop is nowhere near the minimal specs to run the game smoothly, I disabled/uninstalled any extra software (including setpoint) and it is running "ok-ish" (20-30 FPS, quality set as low as possible). As we ordered another pc, she will want to be able to make all possible adjustments, and knowing her she'll keep getting frustrated about the fact that "it just doesn't work the way it is supposed to". That's where my initial question comes from: I would like to know your experience with other mice (even from other vendors), which use different software. The software has to be able to send keypresses bound to mousebuttons while in specific applications, without the need for admin rights. Oh, and of course it has to work properly in SW:TOR This is to be able to access quick abilities when in need of them (e.g. interrupts) instead of having to drag the mouse all the way to the respective quickbar icon (she's a clicker, not really a keybinder) to perform the much needed action. My setup now: Back Button: F12 button (F12 is marked as the push to talk button in Gamevox, something similar as Teamspeak) Forward Button: Interrupt (as I prefer having this at the tip of my finger at any time with any character). Thanks in advance
