I have no unclaimed items in my inventory. I belive they were in the legacy bank since i use them on both my sorc and sage. Legacy items may be the wrong name. Anyway items you can put in the legacy bank whatever they now are called.

So i have been in contact with customer service but they wont help me and told me to write here. https://gyazo.com/d19886cdffdcae5b33877704c423bc22 I havent been playing since before The Red Eclipse changed name (PVE EU Server, right?). And when I logged in before christmas I lost my legacy items. One main hand (Furious lightsaber if i remember correctly) with PVP gear and setbonuses (should be rating 236 or 230 back then?). And the same goes for the legacy gear which I believe was either the Red Scalene armor or Hallowed Gothic set. Can anyone help? Thanks =)
