Hello, I wasn't sure is this the right place to post that question so sorry in advance OK to the topic of my intrest, i've never played scoundre/operative but i really like their buff, 5% crit, i've unlocked every other buff but this one. I know that to unlock it to all classes i have to complete chapter 2 of their story, however i've got 1 booster so i can create lvl 60 character and play KotFE instanstly, but i dont know if that will unlock 5% crit for all other characters, i really would like answer to that

Hate so far, unballanced, to sensitive controls, take a whole afterburner to get to objective, for me prematurly aired, need a rework, a big one.
