Oh, I have no problem with the Customer Service Department, my experiences have been very pleasant and helpful. Also, thank you for your advice on what I can do to try and make sure the ticket goes to the correct department, I wouldn't have thought to see it in that light. Thank you, it is appreciated

I have the same problem with the Chapter 3 ending [The Dark Council] for my Sith Inquisitor. When I go to Darth Thanaton's office and click on the intercom to start the cut-scene, the scene starts, goes for a few seconds and then freezes. I tried resetting the instance, and resetting the quest, but neither of them worked. I submitted an in-game ticket as a bug, and I haven't gotten anything (it's been about 3 weeks). I will try one using the Character/Companion heading, but if that doesn't work, I'm not sure what I should do.

Hello, For the final phase of the final mission of Chapter 3 for the Sith Inquisitor, [The Dark Council], every time I go into Thanaton's office on Dromund Kaas and click the intercom, the game freezes. I have reset the mission, and I have also reset the active phases, to no avail. So as of right now, I am unable to finish Chapter 3 and move on to the Forged Alliances story arc. Is there anything that I have not done that I should try, if not, is there a fix for this that can be implemented? I am on the Shadowlands server. Thanks for any help. This problem may be just limited to me, but I figured I should see if there is a solution.

I think having a group or solo option for things like Flashpoints is great! It gives people options, and it doesn't harm group content that I can tell. If they could do the same with Operations that would be cool, I'm not sure it would ever happen, but a scaled down version for people to solo would help everyone experience almost all content story-wise would be cool too.

I usually like to solo as much as possible, but if I have tried soloing and find out I could use help, I ask for it in the general chat and wait for a response. If I don't get one, I move on and do something different and try later. Usually, though, I get a whisper from at least one person. I never go around directly asking if someone wants to group up. If someone asks me, I either say "no thanks", or "sure" and go from there. There are also times where I have asked for help and so many people say that they will that it is hard for me to type a response for all of them. Everyone I have done group work with is polite and help me to complete whatever I need help with and that makes it that much easier to do group required missions and Flashpoints.

I have played a number of matches, and I have to say I like it. It was difficult at first because I had no idea of what I was doing, but I have started to get the hang of it. Some of the controls seem a little too sensitive (the mouse), but I feel like they will be able to do something about it within a few weeks. As I have seen on other posts, there just need to be a few things ironed out and then I think it will be pretty solid. So overall, I do like GSF.
