  1. Hello, Technically probably not a bug, but definitely something that could use a change. While I was playing with my Sith Inquisitor on Voss, at level 47: I'm on my ship, suddenly a cutscene, Darth Marr on the holoterminal. He greeted me with the neutral Darth-title (even though I was Dark V) and told me I was needed on Makeb. Fact is I didn't finish chapter 3, nor did I acquire the title of Darth Nox, I was still needed on Voss, Hoth, Belsavis and Corellia. I thought the game was a bit confused but I let it be. But now, while playing my Smuggler on Voss, at level 47: I'm on my ship, suddenly a cutscene, Supreme Chancellor Saresh on the holoterminal. She greeted me and congratulated me on my victory against the Voidwolf and told me I was needed on Makeb. Fact is I didn't finish chapter 3, nor did I fought the Voidwolf, I was still needed on Voss, Hoth, Belsavis and Corellia. Now I might be wrong but I think I see a pattern over here. Could this be fixed that those quests only start when you have finished Chapter 3. You can't start a next chapter while the previous is still going, now can you. Greetings, Little_Judas
  2. Geonosians will win. I have yet to see a Colicoid with a blaster or any weapon for that matter. If the Geonosians keep at a ranged distance, they will win without doubt.
  3. It improves the flow of gameplay for every Shadow/Assassin and Scoundrel/Operative. I have no idea what you mean with class rep., but I had no intention of becoming anything.
  4. Favourite: Voss, Taris, Tython and late and endgame Belsavis. Least Favourite: Tatooine, Nar Shadaa and every part of Corusant where you can't see the sky.
  5. I typed "CGI purposes" in google and all I got was "Common Gateway Interface" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Gateway_Interface And I didn't think that was what StarMagus meant. But thank you for clearing that out.
  6. Hello, This is just for Shadows/Assassins and Scoundrels/Operatives, to make something less annoying. While in stealth you can't summon your speeder or activate you class-heal. Shouldn't those things just break stealth like summoning a companion, speaking to someone or activating something? I know, one could just click on the stealth button and then click on the speeder or class-heal. But If it could just break stealth like every other ability, it would improve their quality of life a bit. Maybe something to think about. Other classes don't have that kind of "problem". 7. I don't know what CGI is. Name one thing that was complicated, because I understood everything and I'm not the smartest nor the second smartest person. I'd like to see myself as average. If they want to add every single detail from the EU into the prequels, it wouldn't have been a trilogy but a 30-logy or more. same goes for the original trilogy, you won't call that bad just because some stuff wasn't in there. The fact that ep II sold less, doesn't mean squad. Avatar did really well and its only aspect was that is was in 3d, while the movie itself was bad.
  8. And apart from some bad acting they were correct.
  9. Thanks for the replies, though the answer are a bit mixed and no certainty could be given. Guess the absence of an official response leave room for hope... But hope isn't everything so I will send a message to AmberGreen, perhaps there is certainty to be found with her. I will post any reply she sends.
  10. Hello, I have a question concerning the time offer. It says: and My 2 month subscription will end between those two dates and due to school, I will not be re-subbing until February. That I won't get the early access I understand as I won't be a sub any more. But the paintjob you get from subscribing before 1st of November, do I still receive that being a preferred player and when would I get this, the 3rd of December or 14th of January? Thanks in advance, Regards, Little_Judas
  11. Sorry, but the Miraluka have been part of Star Wars since August 2, 1994 and have been named as such on September 1, 1994. (Tales of the Jedi: The Freedon Nadd Uprising 1 and 2 respectively). You can't just barge in here after 9 years and claim you finally have seen them for the frauds that they are. Branding them as sick humans who removed their own eyes with spoons just to wear a mask as a fashion statement. They are a near-human sentient race and should be treated as such.
  12. I would definitely roll more characters to play those force classes. But... (there is always a but) Shouldn't it make more sense if it were the other way around? It seems summoning requires a lot of force and when handling beast while battling you need to focus. Also... Of course then the Jedi Mystic/Sith Ritualist would have the same function as the Jedi Sage/Sith Inquisitor, with only a different look to it. The Jedi Ranger/Sith Beastlord would interesting but tricky, commanding one beast is probably doable but multiple beast would be chaos in battle. Unless he would be used a a tactician, commanding all beasts before battle without them attacking until you give a final order. Though if used well, it would soon be branded as PVE-overpowered.
  13. How are your graphic settings. I once wore robe of volatile force end the shoulder pads were missing. When I increased character detail, they appeared. Maybe that's why the colourization is faulty in your case and not with others.
  14. It says: "OUTER RIM" It's written in Futhork, a writing style used by the Naboo http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Futhork I take it you meant Futhark as the Naboo language?
  15. Visions can be explained differently. Another way to look at it is, Lord Scourge saw a vision of the Jedi Knight killing an image of the Emperor. Perhaps Scourge thought that it was the real Emperor, but as it seems was mistaken. Yet another possibility, the Emperor acted merely as a symbol representing either 1. The ruling power of the Empire. Because after Chapter 3, there is a power vacuum due to the absence of the real Emperor. 2. The evil plans he had, which the Knight stopped. Three theories and I'm quite certain there could be more.
  16. I have to confess, I just read OP's list and the comments. I skipped the note, apparently. Without, of course, any bad intent. I'm sorry for being a wise guy.
  17. I may not be able to talk about the skills of some of the Sith mentioned above. But I do find it strange that the name Tulak Hord isn't posted anywere. In KOTOR II, Darth Traya talks about Hord's swordsmanship: "If you were to face an ancient Sith Lord in combat, you would learn that we are as children playing with toys compared to the prowess of the old masters." Traya uses plural, so it could be that other ancient Sith lords are also quite powerful compared to Jedi or Sith from at least KOTOR and TOR-eras. Possible counterargument: Most Sith preffered sith swords above the lighsaber. But my guess is that a master swordsman could wield a saber just as well.
  18. Hello, While achievementhunting on Hutta, I did a few quest where I should kill Evocii. After two heroics, I checked my total Evocii-kills --> 24. Which is strange because I did them for the second time (other time with an alt on the same legacy). I started killing of random Evocii to check any progress, but nothing. Do I need to kill specific Evocii or is it a bug. The ones I got were hostile to me, like the achievement described. Does anyone else notice this? I didn't wrote a ticket yet because I wanted know for sure it was a bug. Regards, Little_Judas
  19. I saw the blade as light and then looked at the colour, nothing more. After reading up on lightsabers some more, I found out the blade consist of plasma And I know as good as nothing about plasma. Ok, my assumption about Sith using red was (according to google translate) "a dig at" the Sith-fans on this forum. But my intentions to create this was never to troll, but rather to unravel the science behind it. Of course I can assume many things but I can't place "The Force", living nor unifying, in equations.
  20. Hello, Scientific intro: E = (h * c) / λ E --> Energy h --> Planck's Constant c --> Speed of light λ --> Wavelength h and c are to be seen as constant, so only λ will determine E. The higher λ, the lower E. In the visible spectrum, red has the highest wavelength and purple the lowest. Which means a purple lightsaber has more energy than a red one. Common lightsabercolours from highest to lowest energy: Purple Blue Green Yellow Orange Red Assumptions: This is perhaps why they give regularly give a blue saber to the more combat orientated knight and a green one to the force orientated counsular. Or why Mace Windu, one of the greatest jedi swordsmen of his time, wore a purple one. Why the Sith would use a red one, is probably because the dark side clouded there judgement. Discuss.
  21. Hello, For my Sith Sorcerer, I use Xalek as my current companion. When he uses Lightning Strike and his actions are interrupted due to changing targets or killing of the NPC, the animation of Lightning Strike keeps going for some time. Example 1: While fighting multiple mobs, he uses Lightning Strike on one NPC, changes target and strikes a different one with his saber. The first one will still receive lightning but no damage. Example 2: While fighting one mob (only one or last does not matter) and the NPC dies while being shocked, Xalek will leave combat just as me but lightning will still be fired at the dead. Perhaps the interrupt doesn't interrupt the animation, just the damage. Does any one else notice this? CHARACTER Name: Miarta-Sek Class: Sith Inquisitor (Sorcerer) Level: 54 Server: The Red Eclipe
  22. I have 10 GB of internet a month, and downloading it would have used up most, if not all, of it.
  23. I don't think people are only subscriber so they can use the forum. I hadn't thought of it this way. It would be a shame if spammers would mess things up. I BOUGHT the game in a store, I BOUGHT the Expansion and I BOUGHT Cartel Coins. I saw myself as a actual CUSTOMER even before I bought subscription.
  24. Hello, In my years as a F2P, I didn't complain about the many restrictions. I found them fair, some were even to be called generous. Things I didn't had and wanted I bought with CC. But there was always one thing that bothered me, as a F2P I couldn't post or reply anywhere. (Ok, I once posted in CM suggestions, but failed ever since) Now, as a subscriber, I would like to see that restriction removed for F2P. Most of them are fans of Star Wars and can contribute to the Story and Lore or STAR WARS Discussion threads just as much as a subscriber could. Some could be helpful in reporting bugs or giving other players advice with strategies and more. The way I see it, the more knowledge and wisdom we all gather, the better the game and the stronger the community will be. I hope this will convince people. Kind regards, Little_Judas
