I saw that the ranked leaderboards just came back online since the united forces patch. I am concerned by it however since I was top 5 for group ranked for sorcerer/sage. Now I'm not even on the board which frustrates me. Since alot of strive to get top 3 I hope bioware is looking into this issue. I was also top 10 for solo ranked in sorcerer/sage and my character name is no where to be found. Anyone know what is going on?

Well, I deleted them because I did not think I would need them anymore. Sorry if I do not want to spend another 3 months leveling a new character to 65 that I have already done. So, back off. If you don't have any good advice leave and stop giving your opinion that no one cares about.

Yea it still says open, but they have replied to my tickets a lot faster before and now all of a sudden it is taken a long time. I have been patient, but this is kind of ridiculous. I know they get a lot of tickets, but November 23rd to December 9th is a long time range of not replying.

Hello, I have been playing the game for some time now and I am wondering if people have any problems with server lag. My router is located on the other side of my house and I am wondering if that is what is causing my server lag. I have tried deleting the files in the %temp% folder, and done the dns thing on command prompt and it didn't seem to help. I don't know is there is some way to help increase my signal, but when I play warzones I get kicked and it is very frustrating. Can someone tell me what I can do to get a better signal in game. I am running wireless internet so I do not know if that is a factor. Thank you.

I posted a ticket to restore two of my characters on November 23rd and it is December 9th. How long does it take for them to reply to tickets in this game. I thought it was something to do with the holiday, but thanksgiving has passed and no one has taken care of my ticket. Can someone please tell me what is going on?!?! Are they back logged again?!?!?!
