I have the same bug. Each time I try to log in, I am forced to agree to the user agreements all over again. Additionally, none of my customized GUI layouts are saved from login to next login. Each time, I need to reset it to extended toobars, uncheck nameplates, and allow same class permissions.

Still no solution. :/

I made my wife an account and then made myself a new toon so we were both on Korriban with lvl 1 characters; however, when I got into a group with her, one of use would get no experience and (most of the time) no loot. We got into a 3 person group, us two level 1-3 toons and one level 10 toon. The level 10 toon was getting experience from our kills, but one of us was getting to xp. The first night, I was getting no xp or loot. The second time (and second set of toons as we deleted our toons and remade new ones), she was getting no xp and I was still getting no xp. Is there a problem that occurs when you log into someone else's account on one pc? Because I created her account on my pc, and then one time logged into her account to help build a character. Then, we played on separate computers. I checked my %appdata% local files and deleted the player config file for her account, but that didn't help either. I then purged all of my files and repair installed and logged onto my account fresh. Still, nothing helped. Help!
