  1. Ok, thanks. Is there any information when ranked season 10 will end? In previous messages it was said that starting with season 10 pvp seasons will last 3-6 months. Can we expect season 10 end in February.
  2. Nah, those few reasons you wrote are overall problems for all types of pvp content not only ranked. The real two reasons tr died: changes to weekly quests which scared out mat farmers and lack of new incentives for playing like (i mean a quest which requires completing for example 10 tr games with 1 masterwork data crystal as reward). Devs really messed up with tr and now it died, they dont understand the responsibility for changes they provide with new patches

    I hope it will end in february since waiting more makes no sense due to lack of new rewards. Long seasons just leading queue to stagnation because those tryharders who wanted gold or top 3 already got it so now arenas are full of mat farmers and bots
  4. This was the most stupid and not needed change among all recent changes.I cant min/max stats on my characters as i want... devs here have no idea what they are doing
  5. I think you must revive team ranked since it died with 5.10 changes to weekly and little incentive to play it. And you also need to remove restriction on gear parts for 252/258 gear because it destroys our opportunity for min/maxing our stats for pvp. IF you won't fix what you did, new arena won't save pvp from death....
  6. Tatooine canyon of course. As a marauder a class which isnt great in 4 dps vs 4 dps fights i need to be able to run away with low hp and try to regen my hp. On small arenas like orbital station enemies can reach me fast from any point and finish me off. On Tatooine or corellia i have a chance to run away far to hide for some time. Small arenas are very bad
  7. Thats what i wrote when i compared team ranked and A food chain in message number 41 of tis thread. It is a bit more complex though since this chain includes not only mat farmers and top teams but also has something in the middle (decent teams, learning teams). In any case without lesser parts of this chain tr became pretty dead....
  8. I cant really agree with this since rewards paying a great role for content being alive. Even if players hated to play tr it was alive until 5.10 because players could get nice rewards, mats which they could sell and buy what they like. So it was like playing content they dislike in order to get what they like. Thats how mmo is working, players in wow HATE local quests and long reputation grind but guess what? Yes they still do local quests and grinding reputation to be able to get best rewards and gear. No carrot = no activity. Thx to reward hunters those who actually LIKED TEAM RANKED (like me and my friends) could play their favorite content. Now thanks to devs we cant

They provided uprisings which was dead from very start, they changed quests for weekly tr and didnt provide any new quests on ossus which could incentives players queuing tr. Each of their updates causes terrible consequences which results in death pf certain contents

  11. You highlight overall problem with old tr players quitting the game but even with former players quitting swtor until 5.10 appeared tr was alive. Mat farmers allowed decent, mediocre players to queue and get some skill and coordination while high rated teams were getting pops against those decent teams who managed to get up to 1500-1700 thanks to mat farmers. WITHOUT mat farmers decent/mediocre teams getting no pops unless a few decent teams queueing at the same time which is happening rare because they mostly queue at different time. This leads to death of middle-rated teams which, therefore causes no pops for top rated teams. Overall, death of mat farming caused a chain of consequences which in the end killed tr overall... Tr in swtor was like an animal food chain: Top teams (2k + elo) > skilled teams (1700-1900 elo) > decent/mediocre teams (1400-1700 elo) > mat farmers. Removing top teams from this chain wouldn't cause any problems for tr (it is like removing roof from the house but this house will still stand and wont disappear). but removing the first two groups (mat farmers and decent/mediocre teams) is crucial for the whole system and it is like removing base (foundation, groundwork) which destroys the whole structure. With new update devs only proved that they HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MANAGE AND REGULATE DIFFERENT CONTENT IN THEIR OWN GAME . iam scared to think what next they will destroy in swtor..flash points? Operations? We can only guess.
  12. Wrong. Competitive players also getting no pops because after mat farmers disappeared, mediocre players also stopped queueing and there are not enough "competetive players" to keep tr alive so it just became a dead field. Sure sometimes competitive teams are still queueing but they do 1-2 games and then a team which looses stops queueing because they don't want to loose elo. All this results into dead tr.
  13. I consider this as you DIDNT play team ranked which means you actually CANT state anything about the issue. If you dont know what is happening in team ranked atm why do you write about its state? Pls keep your comments for issues you actually know about
  14. I have suspicious you are not a ranked player. So iam asking - do you play team ranked? If yes you can either confirm that it became dead or that me and other pvp players who state that tr became pretty dead are wrong if not then you really cant say anything about it. Iam not a pve player so you will never see me writing in any threads about pve complaints which is fair since i know nothing about pve.
  15. Idk what you heared but everyone complaint about locked gear slots to gear pieces they came from. For example i can't put enhancement from legs to chest lol which makes min/maxing mostly unreal unless you buy gear pieces from other classes....
  16. What you write is really crap. And no, devs here did really a small job: tonnes of buggs, gearing parts are locked to gear pieces, garbage rng, small content which i finished in twenty minutes. But whats more important with their increase in number of games needed for daily and weekly, lack of quests which could incentives queueing ranked just killed team ranked in the game lol. It just returned to pre-mats era where no one was playing it
  17. Are you blind or something? I quoted in my original post a few messages from pvp forum where people also complaining that tr became much dead since 5.10 + i wrote my personal experience on both sf and dm servers where my team queued for weeks and we only had a few fights. Maybe collect a team and try to queue yourself to see how bad is it. You will be lucky if at least one team will be in queue. You forum warriors know nothing about what is happening in the game because all you do is typing on forum. Gladly i came here to inform devs not you. If team ranked will fully die (and it is almost dead) i can only imagine how many pvp players will quit the game
  18. We queue almost every day and getting nearly no pops. Per week we get like 6-7 pops lol which absolutely disastrous. The most horrible fact that before changes for weekly and appear of ossua we had 10-17 fights per day. Devs really messed up with quests and lack of insentives for playing team ranked.

Since new updates of increasing the number of games for weekly and daily, no new quests for playing tr with masterwork crystal reward (i dont count the new 50 games or kill two world bosses because everyone is choosing second part of course) team ranked became pretty dead on both sf and dm. My teams queued on both servers during prime times and we had to wait like 2-3 HOURS for a single pop. I see not only my teams faced this: Players really dont care about whether tr was competetive or no with mat farmers BUT WE JUST WANT TO PLAY THIS CONTENT. If mat farmers made tr alive pls return them back. We dont care what you do to make tr alive again but if you wont do it you can say goodbye to many pvp players who just want to queue, get pops and fight with their friends in one team. Just check ur statistic information and see how dead tr has become over all servers
  20. Thats the WORST and unnecessary change which not allows us to make stats as WE WANT THEM TO BE especially in pvp. I cant imagine how incompetent the guy who invented this change is... just the most useless change we ever saw

  22. Killed Kil'kick in the group, no one quited and almost no one got a kill lol. More than 80% of group members still didnt count a kill on kil'kick! Well done devs
  23. For my weeklies on different characters i received 2 accuracy implants, 1 critical implant, 2 alacrity earpieces.... thats all i need to hate this garbage gearing and play wow instead of swtor
  24. Just switched instances - didnt work...i still can't dig out any vases on rep side. they are just not blinking lol
