Well that's the thing, I don't see any stacks building... I can't use Supercharge Cells either, even though I definately have both skill, and they say I should be building...

I am a level 17 Commando, and I took the skills Field Medicine and Supercharge Cells. However, I don't see anything happening when I use my Medical Probe, either on myself or on someone else. I don't get any stacks (assuming they show up with all my other buffs?) and after what should be 30 stacks, I can't trigger Supercharge Cells... Am I doing something wrong?
