  1. I don't think it's as bad as you're making it out to be. I've been pvping for hours everyday and have not come across any of what you mentioned. If it was that bad, im sure I would have by now.
  2. While I'm sure it is a factor, I highly doubt it is responsible for all lost subs of this game, and all the lost subs of WoW. Regardless of how broke we are, we will find a way to pay for what we enjoy. Even more so in times of stress. Whether it be a 9 dollar box of cigarettes, that number 9 at burger king, or a monthly subscription of an MMO. Also, remember that the average person does not know how to manage their money correctly. You'd be surprised how many people will say "I'll put that on my credit card" before they say, "I can't afford this right now."
  3. The game hasn't even been out a full year lol. Give it a chance. You can always quit for a while and come back later. :/
  4. I agree, before I started the game I would visit the forums and it feels like EVERY other post Is a complaint/I quit/Bioware fails thread. It's a good thing for some reason in game the community doesn't feel that way (most of the time) I've been lucky to meet some fun, nice players. But honestly, the attitude of some current subscribers really hurts the game potential and they don't even realize it. I hesitated to subscribe just because of all the negativity I thought wow these people are miserable the game must be terrible. Im happy I gave it a chance though. I guess some people don't realize you DO have the option to quit.
  5. ^ title. Before I bought this game I was "warned" that the only players left are die hard star wars fans and if I didn't know about it, I would hate the game. Before playing, I had no interest in star wars and still have no idea what the story behind certain characters are, but Im slowly learning and having a good time (so far).
  6. This is a new and exciting topic.
  7. I feel like it has great potential. F2P makes me sick thinkin about it. Does not feel like a real MMO. For some reason feels like there isn't a lot to do. Not many options. Feels very linear for an MMO. However, I won't lie. Fun times CAN be had in this game. I personally love the pvp even though I personally feel it's nowhere near as good as pvp in other top MMOs. The population issue is disappointing/inconvenient. Especially when it comes to queuing pve, finding groups. Oh, and the whole scale to level 49 all levels together in BGs is just really bad. Although, I understand why it's necessary right now. World pvp is non-existent. I think it is such a shame that certain issues in this game even exist considering every MMO before them have figured it out. I feel like Bioware can do better and I hope they will. I WANT to see this game improve.
  8. Nice, I hated having to take the ship all the way back to the planet I was on before entering the dungeon.
  9. Lol half a year. You realize it took those other companies (like WoW) more than half a year to finally implement that service? Make that a few years of people constantly on the forums suggesting and begging for it. Then, it finally comes out and the players who weren't involved in that process (the suggesting, asking for updates, etc) Think it was just some feature that was thought up and implemented the next month... Just because another game has it doesn't mean the devs can just say "yeah let's just copy those guys and have this service ready next week" I imagine it's more complicated than that...
