  1. Thanks everyone, quite a lot of posts came through while I was running around the front of Balmorra practicing new button setups. I must admit though, changing the turn controls to the mouse and using the Q and E buttons for skills is not only hard, but extremely efficient. I now have everything at my fingertips and I don't even need to stand still anymore to combat my foes....aside from a few skills that is. This will take practice to get used to, but I feel as though these few "important" tips will up my game play considerably. Again thanks for all the advice! I will be looking into the gaming mouse as I sense some hand cramps creeping in on me from now on lol. Take care all and good luck to you.
  2. Sweet, those are really great ideas! I was practicing the keybinds while you were posting, and I must say.....that is whats up! I can jump to people with the middle mouse button, then jump again with shift plus middle mouse....BEATDOWN! lol I will have to mess around a bit to further it...the mouse scroll function keys are a way I wasn't looking two more skills though opened. Thanks to both of you for the ideas....This is what I was looking for.....uh...may the force be with you both lol.
  3. Good stuff, I just found the key binding screen, as a little self help is the best option. I will try out your ideas to help my fluidity through the motions. Thanks.
  4. I am relatively new to competitive MMO's, meaning I usually play games that I didn't have to have companions, no pvp that I would partake in, and I like tanks so the aggressor seemed to work for me. However this game is different, I like being a Sith Lord, want to fight other players, and Heroics need other people. With that said, Any tips for the newbie? Such as, how do I use all my skills when they are halfway across the keyboard (9,0 and the like) I mouse click a lot of these individually, as the cooldown comes off, but I find im watching the hot bar all the time and missing the combat. So how do you "pro's" do what you do? (No I do not have a gamer keyboard and thousand button mouse, and if I got one, it would pry lead to a divorce lol.) Thanks for the help in this regard, and the bashing! (Why not, its sure to come)
  5. Where's my new stuff? I have an Inquisitor....shame because of colossus quest but eh... And when I go to him, I have no droid, no item for it, no flare gun, no dancer, nothing..... Do I only get that stuff on newly created characters? Edit: I see now said the blind Sith.
