  1. I am beginning to notice this myself...you don't ever even get anything remotely close to level...period...what is up with that?
  2. Exactly BadOrb, I could have gotten something useful...instead, I got garbage....they should put a requirement of the item level on these things...cannot be below 50 or whatever. Birthright kits are not level 50 gear BW.

If you could atleast vendor the stupid kits for like 10k each or something it wouldn't be so bad...but as it is...these things are virtual paper weights...nothing more...they take up stash space and you can't unload them without going to DK or Coruscant, and running to the vendor to burn them up and sell the gear for 1k each... I would have rather gotten non-moddable level 50-51 purple gear for a companion than this worthless junk. If Birthright gear was level 50 maybe it would be worth it too...either way...I am very disappointed with the sequence of events.
  4. I just bought 2 of these for a total of 72 planetary comms...supposed to be item roll level 53. I was trying to gear up some companions. I got 2 birthright construction kits...back to back!!! What garbage is this? Item roll level 53 Artifact grade gives a worthless level 35ish construction kit?? I only have about 15 of these worthless things in my stash from Cartel Packs. I don't agree with it, but I understand. Cartel packs are completely random...yadda, yadda...ok. However, a level 53 artifact grade box should not have a level 35 anything in it!!!!! What's worse about this, is I cannot recoup my planetary comms...and I cannot sell the stupid kits...and the gear I will get out of turning the kits in is worthless and of low value anyway. This is a poor execution of loot tables. I feel completely cheated that I used basically all my planetary comms to get 2 worthless kits that I will never use, and I won't even get equivalent level gear out of them. I understand you guys want to push the legacy gear, etc. A level 53 artifact box should have a small chance for level 50 legacy gear...NOT A LEVEL 35 KIT!!! PLEASE!!! Take this trash out of the loot tables...you will be doing many more players a favor!!!! I understand if I bought a level 35 artifact box, I would get something like that...ok...I get it...but it is not useful to have less than equivalent level gear in the advertised level box. /RANT
  5. Those are both vengeance parses...LOL...who fooled you? Bleeds on a Rage spec parse? hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's seriously the funniest bait and switch I've seen in a long time... Nice one!! Seriously though...Rage doesn't come close to Vengeance, I have seen Maull's parses...they're not that close. His forum name is Okuy...we've talked... Plus, that Rage parse you're talking about, is about 40-50 points higher than the next closest one of his...he had some RNG mojo that run, and it's still about 80 DPS light compared to the Vengeance parses, even he would tell you Vengeance > Rage.

  7. lol...ok...I will believe that when I see it. I've played with Rage Juggs...they're only good for trash mobs in raids...skilled players too. Rage does perform better on a Jugg...that's why I put ~1750...but it's not the single target that Vengeance gets.
  8. They decreased your inherent crit chance, but buffed the crit chance you gain from stats...see how they did that...take with one hand and give with the other... That's "balance" They are also buffing tracer missle/grav round Is it crappy that TD/AP will now have some DoT? Sure...but Pyro/Assault was pretty OP in PVP anyway...it's not like you guys are losing out on much...in PVE your damage will still be fine, in PVP it levels the playing field a little. Essentially...where they took something from you...they gave something back. You no longer have to stack your mechanic for additional damage (1 application is enough...that's a buff)...and additionally...that mechanic will also now provide 20% armor pen...which you didn't have before (that's a buff).
  9. Ok, in endgame raiding, what would you rather have? A DPS Vengeance Jugg doing ~1900 DPS, or a Rage Jugg doing ~1750? The Enrage timer says Rage loses out to Vengeance every time.
  10. Well, that's partly right, you can start to find mods around level 32-35 that have these stats on them, and you want to begin to start stacking them then... End game in top gear, you want ~30% Defense, 50-55% each for Shield Chance/Absorb
  11. If you want to level as a tank, you can...go 18/23 hybrid, and you will be fine, when RotHC hits, just respec full Immortal and roll with it. 18/23 is very sturdy and levels well, I would put points into immortal first for the sturdiness and then start going up vengeance tree.
  12. You're doing it wrong...I can promise you that...we're up there with anybody else in terms of DPS when played well, and 2.0 puts is right in the middle of everybody in a DPS class.
  13. You can still get Smash damage buffed quite a bit as vengeance, it won't be an autocrit machine like Rage/Focus, but you can do pretty good damage with Smash. I think you'll be surprised to find that Juggernauts do really well... We're not broken.
  14. You forget something that the top tier DPS Vengeance Juggs learned in the last few patches... more Rage = MOAR DAMAGE!1! It's simple...the least amount of time you have to waste using Rage building attacks, the more time you can spend using Force Scream/Impale/Shatter...Ravage will always be used on CD, but you have to have rage built up to apply your bleeds to proc it. So, TL;DR More Rage = More Damage, we're fine! Plus we have a set bonus now with a buff to Ravage damage which is where most of our damage comes from anyway.
  15. You're costing yourself DPS by not having it on Saber Throw, and when 2.0 comes out, I doubt you'll be hard pressed for those points as much as you are now...lots of Vengeance tree talents got tweaked to make it work...and Rage generation will be less an issue now.
  16. Because they're all scared to death you're running 18/23 is why you're focused so hard. Also, Vengeance gets unstoppable...in PVP this means they cannot stun you after leap...you will be focused hard at times... Vengeance is very good in PVP, hits like a mack truck and has a good burst for healers.

  18. They're not really "forced" to use any lightsaber...Assassin's don't really ever even use their lightsaber...so...be consoled by the fact that it's really mostly decoration...and if you roll a sorceror...then you might as well not even take your lightsaber out of it's shiny case...
  19. Then what's your issue? Achievement? Go get other in game achievements, it's not like there aren't plenty of those now too! Why should people HAVE to grind? Casual gamers with spare money like cartel packs, this gives them an achievement they can get WITHOUT having to grind their characters out to get them. Some people don't have time to be grindfest players...other people simply don't like to grind...as if getting endgame gear for pve/pvp isn't grind enough. Frankly it's sensible that someone finally realized that not all players want to put in 50 hours of game time to get something for it. Air Miles is an obvious and sensible equivalent...it's a practical real world business concept that rewards certain people. If you don't fly all the time, you get less use out of air miles. If you don't buy packs, you'll get less use out of cartel rep. If you don't buy the packs, what do you care anyway? The rep is basically to help people who do buy them get slightly better stuff out of them...how does that effect someone who doesn't buy them anyway? It doesn't...go emote cry somewhere more productive...nothing to see here folks...move along.
  20. Right now, you can only get it by doing HM TFB or NIM EC, you're looking for a DG or Hazmat MH LS. You could also farm crafting mats, and get someone to make you an Advanced Might Hilt 27, which will make any LS the same damage rating as a DG/Hazmat LS...but you need the other stats to get your damage to where it needs to be...like strength/power/crit/surge...otherwise the LS is just there...
  21. Do not interrupt Shatter's bleed, or Impale's...that cuts short your DoT...they won't stack, so use it only when the bleed is done...but try to keep as close to 100% uptime as possible.
  22. You're using Sunder too much...why do you need sunder immediately? Ravage is free and so is force scream...Impale, then a Sunder if need be...then shatter...you want impale up first... Your damage should look like this in order of most to least: 1. Ravage 2. Bleeds 3. Scream 4. Impale 5. Shatter 6. Sunder/Smash If you're not getting damage logs that look like that you're using too many Rage builders or not prioritizing your attacks well enough. Impale does more damage than shatter, so why wouldn't you use it first?
  23. 23/1/17 Tanksassin or Tank Shadow in DPS Gear...they have too many tools to keep you juggled so that you can rarely ever keep on them... Next would likely be Annihilation/Watchman, but if you interrupt MS/Ravage, that's a BIG chunk of their damage...
