  1. Not necessarily. Putting someone on ignore doesn't prevent them from being placed on the same WZ team as you. It only prevents you from being in the same FP together. Sorry to break it to you.
  2. Run full pve gear even in pvp until you hit lvl 55. Expertise plays no role and can have a negative effecton your gameplay in pvp below lvl 55. Pvp has been split into 3 tiers: low lvl (10-29), mid lvl (30-540, and high lvl (55). As a lvl 12 Shadow, I was slaughtering lvl 28s b/c they couldn't deal with the amount of dmg I could inflict and my ability to retreat from battle if it got a little hairy.
  3. Whenever I hear someone say they own either repub or imp, I have always gone and gotten as many of my lvl 55 guildies as I could (which means about 6-8 of us) from my guild (I'm guildmaster). We then go to the location they're at and teach them to only brag when it's a fact. You only own when you dominate! My guilds (I'm guildmaster of both repub and sister imp) dominate in open pvp. We always look forward to the Gree event b/c we'll split up into 3-4 groups of 4 and go through the pvp area and clean house. I have only 1 rule for my guilds: Never attack an imp if in imp guild or a repub if in repub guild unless they are stupid enough to attack us first.
  4. I love the idea of having a system where 2 guilds could face off against eachother. like an imp guild facing off against its sister repub guild. That would be awesome. Both my guilds would be jumping at the chance to kill their counterparts.
  5. I currently have 5 lvl 55s. 3 repub, and 2 imp. And my legacy is currently at lvl 47. I put in the time to get it there, b/c I want the title: Living Legend. You want a special companion at lvl 1? Fine earn it with a higher lvl toon, and then purchase it with CC at lvl 1. That's what I did with HK-51. I went through the hassle of locating all the parts for HK twice. Once on an imp toon, and once on a repub toon. Now I have the option of purchasing HK for either 1mil creds or 320 CC at any lvl in my legacy. That I have no problem with. I earned that right/perk. I put in the time to get it. If you want something, earn it. Stop looking for handouts!
  6. While I agree that legacy perks should only be available to those people that have put in the time to reach the required LL, Treek is a complete joke. I mean, come on! An Ewok?! Why not give us a race that everyone wants to see, like Yoda's, or the Sand people, or any number of other much cooler races than an over-grown teddy bear! I mean, seriously! Give us something that makes obtaining a higher LL worth our time!
  7. I agree that the subscribers should be able to use credits for the appearance change instead of CC. Please make this happen in the next patch!
  8. DO NOT put the Dreadseed Armor on the Cartel Market! I would be really pissed off if you did. I like being able to work for thesse types of Items. It's things like the Dreadseed Armor that make this game actually worth my time.
  9. Because the Legacy gear is completely worthless as it is. If they made it adaptable, people would be much more willing to actually use it instead of sticking in it their cargo bay and forgetting they even have it. You point out a player that doesn't use adaptable gear, and I'll call them an easy target to kill.
  10. I have definately don't like having the ewok available for purchase. I've managed to get my Legacy to lvl 46, but if the ewok can be bought, what's the point of me continuing to level it to 50? I have 3 lvl 55's on the republic side, and 1 on the imperial side so far, and intend to get 2 more to lvl 55 on imp side this coming weekend. As far as not wanting to spend the time on getting your legacy to lvl 50, that's your choice. But why should the accomplishment be cheapened for everyone else b/c you don't want to do it? I understand you work; so do I (50 hrs each week minimum). I still got my legacy to level 46, and did it while having a life outside of this game. As far as adding the HK parts to the Cartel Market, I disagree with that wholeheartedly. If you can't bring yourself to group up for 2 FPs to get the parts, then you don't deserve them I worked for my HK twice. Once on the republic side, and once on the imperial side. Now, I can spend Cartel Coins for the rest of my toons to have HK at lvl 1.
  11. Yeah, it means he wasn't being sarcastic. He was actually being serious.
  12. If you think the males who play female characters are the worst, then you have alot to learn. I've seen an even mix of male and female characters that truly suck at the game. Whether they're male or female in RL is immaterial. They still suck at the game.
  13. No, I didn't miss the last line of his post. I just don't care what Chuck Norris or Mr. T would do. I'm not them. Anyone that uses the terms "Man Card", or "Man Points" is just juvenile. Plain and simple.
  14. I'm a guy in RL, and personally, what I find really funny, is when this female player in my guild, goes into as warzone as a female toon, and completely decimates everyone on the other team. she rarely ever comes out with less than 40 kills with 10 solo kills. Almost everyone assumes she's a man, and when she tells them she's a woman, they get offended. Like they're less of a man than they were before they found out she was a woman in RL. Her and I have dueled a few times, and she always kicks my ***. Not b/c my toons aren't geared well, but b/c she's just that damned good. I also think some of the best gamers are female in RL. That's just my opinion.
  15. Seriously?! Man points? I have 12 toons. 8 female, 4 male. I'm a man. My "Man Points" and "Man Card" will never be in danger of being revoked. Only someone who's insecure about himself would worry about his "Man Card". Then again I'm not some kid wooried about what others think of him.
  16. I have a toon in almost every class. I know their abilities. When you've got a Sorcerer stealthing, or a sniper healing, or even when you've got 3 members of your ops group pounding the hell out of 1 member of the other team, and he's skipping around you like he's flying ( feet not even touching the ground), and when you've got someone capping your turret or Pylon without coming out of stealth. That's hacking. It's people like that that shouldn't be playing. I'm not saying I'm the best pvper, but I do know the strengths and weaknesses of every type of class. Healers that reduce my hp by half with 1 shot? not possible My hp are generally near or over 30k in pvp, and I'm wearing the best gear possible at the lvl I'm at.
  17. Just curious. Is anyone else having problems buying cartel coins from SWTOR.com? I don't seem to be able to complete my order.
  18. I agree completely. The hacking in the pvp (both below 55, and 55 regular and ranked pvp) is ridiculous. I repeatedly reported hackers to Bioware, but I still see the same people in the warzones using the same hacks. It's getting to the point where I'm really starting to hate pvp. My guildmates and I are always doing pvp. I'm on the Jedi Covenant Server, and there is very seldom a warzone that doesn't have at least 1 or 2 people hacking. The Bioware people neeed to getting their collective heads out of eachother's asses and do their F*U*C*K*I*N*G jobs. It's what they're payed for.
  19. I do still like PvP. But, I really wish Bioware would get off their lazy *********** asses and stop the speed hackers in the low and mid lvl pvp from ruining it for everyone else. Also all the stunning effects from the operatives and scoundrels is so *********** ridiculous that it only pisses people off.
  20. I enjoy the low lvl pvp b/c people aren't really familiar with it. So I take the time before each match to issue instructions to my group. Sometimes they're followed, sometimes not. It doesn't really matter to me. I go into the warzones to have fun. I also always queue for warzones with at least 2 other guildmates. That way, we always have some people that know what they're doing. And it's not just beginners that don't know *** they're doing! I've seen plenty of people I've seen in other warzones of higher lvl that don't know *** they're doing! I play on The Jedi Covenant Server. I have a total of 12 toons, adn I pvp with a select few of my toons not all. I hate being the healer b/c I don't get any enjoyment in being the squishiest one in the warzone. If you want to pvp with people that know what they're doing, join a pvp server.

  22. I also have a Jedi Knight. I went Sentinel b/c I wanted to wield 2 lightsabers and be a total ******! The Sentinel can deal massive damage, but the Guardian is designed to take massive damage. Do you want to dish it out, or take it? I personally favor the Sentinel! But the choice is yours. May the Force Be With You, my young padawan!
  23. If you don't like it, don't go there. I for one, enjoy the Ilum addition to the PvP part of the game. And, apparently, so do alot of other people. Don't lump the rest of us in with your opinion. 1.7 is by far one of the best additions to the game. If you don't like it, roll a new character on a server that's strictly PvE. or deal with it. I don't really care either way.
  24. I completely agree. If you don't want to fight other players, stay out of PvP areas. PERIOD!!! Personally, I like going into PvP areas just to find people who want to brave it alone, and wipe the floor with them.
  25. I'm sorry dude, but if you're not getting any kills b/c people are stunning you repeatedly, then you royally suck! The only people that get demolished like you apparently did, are the ones that go off on their own thinking they're the best at everything. To take stuns out of PvP would be the worst possible thing Bioware could do. I'll be honest, I get stunned just as much as anyone, and I still manage to get medals b/c I then target that person with my own stuns. And give as good as I get. So before you start complaining about getting stunned, learn how to PvP.
