  1. Well, this wasn't a good idea for me either. I upgraded my OS to Win 11, and since then, SWTOR is dead. I installed it via Steam. I pressed play, and.... nothing. It appears in the task manager for 10 seconds ad then goes off. No loging screen, nothing. I tried the directX stuff, I tried the .NET stuff and tried everything windows related. I didn't try the json file trick for the simple fact that I don't have that. I am a subscriber, but I guess I should not be one from now on, until I can't play this game properly...
  2. So a few days ago, I started swtor as usual. I play in a windowed fullscreen mode, so I usually press the fullscreen button at the top right corner of the window. A couple of days ago, I pressed the button, and the game just shut down. No error message, no freezing, just a disappearing window. I didn't change any setting, I did nothing with neither the game, nor my window, except for maybe an update. Anyone with the similar problem, maybe a solution?
  3. I open up the game via steam. Game window pops up, loading screen with everyone's favourite malgus in the middle, loading icon spinning at the lower right corner. Music begins Then... it freezes... My only option is forced shut down the game. I tried restarting both the steam and the game... nothing. I reinstalled the game... nothing... Any suggestion? What could be the problem?
  4. Ah, so there are other people out there like me. That means: - I can't do any damage to any other players, no matter how much ammo I use up during an encounter. I can shoot a player like 2 minutes straight and still, 100% life. - They can 1-shot me. Gunships? lol. Strike fighters? Maybe a few simple shots here and there, but a missile will do the job. Speaking of missiles: - I can't shoot my missiles. The amount of time their require to lock-on a target compare to others. They can like kill me 3 times by the time I could shoot 1 missile, and still, that'd do 0 damage. - Skills: Shields negates nothing. Scout ships skills do nothing, Reorganizing my energy outputs means nothing, Putting more energy into weapons gives me 0 extra damage, same with shields, maybe engines is useful occasionally to escape from a hot situation... only to be shot down 1.5 seconds later... Conclusion: GSF is the most hillarious game mode in swtor, where there are some people with invincible and indestructible ships, and there's me with my glass cannon that shoots marshmallows. There are no setups modifications or builds that could make me any better in this game format.
  5. It is impossible. I've tried 5 or 6 times on the imp side, Around the most available walker there are only rep soldiers and jedi, so nothing I can pull to do the damage for me. If there are droids, then the jedi kill them, so no job for the walker. As a desperate move, I used my self-destruction on the full hp walker, and did absolutely nothing... I've spent too many Iokath crystals on this... 'mission', it is IMPOSSIBLE to beat, even with this damage boost. Either they should fix it and make it completable, or just take it out from the game, 'cos right now, the only thing this quest can give you is a stroke.
