I am going to have to disagree with ties part somewhat, more specifically to me it felt like what you get prior to KOTFE and after it has pretty big disconnect if you go through JK story. For other classes it is not that big issue.

As tempting as it is I would say Azula and Vaylin are very different persons so far. Sure there are some similarities, but there are also so many differences. Azula relations with Zuko and Ozai for example are very different from Vaylin relationship with Arcann and Valkorian. I do not know if Vaylin was derived or influenced by Azula, but I would never call Vaylin Star Wars version of Azula.

Vaylin has her problems, but so far I would say she has not really betrayed anyone. At least not before said person betrayed or harmed her.

Shields were up at first and also I doubt Arcann would been so distracted to miss ships turning on him. I am quite curious how Scorpio and Vaylin relationship will develop. I see some think they are trying to manipulate each other, but I am not so sure. I think Vaylin needs a mentor and based on dialogue it seems that Scorpio wants to be one, I am not sure if it will be success albeit. On other hand while Scorpio is not empress, she will probably have big influence on Vaylin actions as well as if it came to blows would most likely have fleet support. In other words it is not as if Scorpio has no power anymore.

While I do want Vaylin as companion I doubt it will be in this expansion, if ever. Events in chapter 15 opened some possible routes for it, but doubtful it would go that way (not to mention quite a lot to cover in 1 chapter). If we do get her as companion, I would actually prefer if she was not romanceable. She needs a mentor, not a lover.

While I like idea of getting Vaylin as companion, I do not think time or circumstances are right for that. I do not see her joining us against Arcann as things are currently. You could construct forced alliance, for example rerun of chapter 1 except this time on Arcann ship and only way for both Vaylin and Outlander get out of it alive is to work together...but that would only get you temporary alliance, not as companion. Until Outlander (or for Arcann it is actually Valkorian that he wants to be dealt with) started causing problems Arcann was on offensive defeating enemies he knew where and what to expect. Against Outlander however he does not have target to hit so all his military might is almost useless until manages to locate enemy. I would not be surprised if that combined with fact that Valkorian is behind Outlander been eating away at him.

Ok, for starters neither Arcann or Vaylin found new better way to use the force. Any credit for it, assuming assumption of its superiority being true, goes to Valkorian most likely. Their weaknesses is also why Valkorian supports you to stop them or at least so he claims.

I would only use gifts on Vette if I can't build influence on Black Talon. If can save gifts for those companions you can't use Black Talon or Esseles to build influence with.

Yes, but it is tricky. Her force powers were prisoned (in lack of better term) pretty much entire childhood meaning most likely she was not trained to use lightsabers or any force powers. For example we did not see her present when Thexan and Arcann were training. After her powers were released it would have taken someone very special to train her, basically only one I would be confident to pull it off would been Valkorian himself. However from what we seen Valkorian was very hands off father so I have hard to time to think he ever bothered to do that. So in my opinion she is mostly untrained raw potential. She has showed her raw power at times albeit: earlier mentioned doors as well as reactor.

I was never fan of Broonmark and in fact thought was useless addition to any SW, but at least by sound of this they keeping it consistant with his nature. That is good.

Everyone have their opinions. MIne is SI/JC depending on IMP/REP side followed by SW and last being JK. Universally albeit I think just like you SW/JK are favourites, but at least for me there is big disconnect between certain important figure presentation in JK story and in KOTFE. In trailers BW are using JK. From non-force users I would say they all have problems, I view them more specialists than leader types. Same with JK and SW, even though JK does get some leadership duties in his story. Trooper, Agent, Smuggler, BH? Kinda difficult to go with this. But hey, this is my view of this.

I do not think Kotfe will be skippable in future due to fundamental changes to your character in it. Also their current subscription model supports it being mandatory for future expansions.

They are most likely in season 2. I doubt they will be adding any padawan so close to end of current season. I would guess Jaesa (or Kira) being one of first ones to return as a way to enticing players to return after (assumed) hiatus following Season 1.

Personally I kinda like Senya. I kinda wish she would become Empress with Arcann as heir and Vaylin with me to learn about the universe (for once how about my character be mentor without romance attached to it?). Valkorian is only member I want dead.

All I have heard is Season 2, so far nothing been said about season 3? Also, out of force users to me so far JK is worst due to disconnect between Emperor in his story and KOTFE. Not to mention as far as I recall even there Emperor had no real interest in you, it was you who kept going to Emperor or his minions. If I had to guess I would actually go with Kira being rather early in Season 2 to entice people to return. Jaesa can be included easily, for example someone capturing her for her special ability regardless if she is LS or DS. I see no reason for Scourge not to be killable if they want him to be.

My problem with this is that you took human as race since it supports the view that species equality is only an illusion of republic side.

I do not think Vaylin will side with us against Arcann, but on other hand in the end I would love to have her as companion afterwards. What Vaylin needs is good mentor, teacher, master or well you get the idea I think. Especially in control department. When she displayed problems Valkorian should have trained her, but lazy bastard went for bandaid solution instead by caging her. Speaking of which that seems to be theme with Valkorian concerning his children. Never really deal with their problems, just bandaid or full blown ignore.

Either one could win, but overall I would give advantage to SI. Biggest problem is that one of Sage biggests assets, Voss Mystic, is rather unreliable. We already got taste of that with Darth Serevin. Not sure how much of armies does Sage have left at end, but Inquisitor fleet is rather unscathed at end and equipped with fleet destroying superweapon (I actually dislike inclusion of such super weapon to SI story, but it is there) giving SI huge advantage of either bombing or worse destroying Sage fleet in space. Furtheron companions wise I think while both sides have strengths (My SI would love to have genius like Tharan on his side), I think SI ones are better. Also I think SI taking Sage ghost would be most interesting route to take. You can then go whatever way you want from there: ranging from using Sage knowledge to destroy Republic and Jedi to Sage influencing SI to destroy Sith order culminating in SI becoming Sage himself/herself at end.
