Hello, i'd like some clarification please: my gf just told me that there's a mod that says she need Artifact Authorization. The thing is, she's already using some purple gear without any restrictions. She was once a sub and before that i remember i bought an artifact authorization (don't remember if it was account unlock, tho). And she bought an Overkill Augment 28 (which is purple) and the only red restriction is that she is not lvl 55 yet. What's going on? Thank you!

No, all that i did was equip the armor, check his stats and sold for refund that doesn't happened. I hadn't removed anything.

Exactly, THAT'S what happening to me. I did it earlier with another piece and work it! I was refunded and was able to buy another one. But with this specifc one, doesn't work it and i lost my comms. I will do as Tatile recommends me, but i really don't have faith that i'll see those comms again. Looks like i'll have to grind and grind more, day after day. Ty all

First of all, it's my first post here and i don't know if it's in the right place, but in all cases, i want the community help. Here's my problem: i am a returning player and was learning about the game and his changes again. A friend told me to grind some basic comm and gear up. And so, i did it, but when looking for which one choose, i end up buying a wrong one, but no worries: it says that i have 1 hour refund period. But guess what, when i sold it to NPC, i wasn't refunded it, and now i have a crap piece and no comms left (yeah, my grind for comms didn't take long too).
