    HI, i have a few very experienced raiders, and two newer raiders looking to make a progression team starting next week, so far we need 1 tanks and 2dps, we'd raid Monday Tuesday and Thursday for the first few weeks then slow ti down to two days a week, 7-10 est is our time frame for raiding all 5 of us fit into that time slot and the raid needs to be over by 10:30 est.

    As Kal explained, healers need not apply which leaves tanking for you, in which to be thought of would require you to have solid footage of your tanking capabilities in either a Nightmare operation, or HM ToS/Rav I would presume.

    If you're looking to do Nightmare raiding almost no guilds on the server would be willing to take a Scoundrel/Op DPS due to the current state they're in. It's always worth a try but just a heads up.

    So if I'm an officer, persay, in a conquest guild, and I have to go overseas for work for a week and hence am unable to log on to do my conquest, I get kicked? That is the best way to promote synchronicity and harmony in a guild I've ever heard of. Kudos to you guys
