Yeesh I just started playing again after a several-year hiatus, I paid for my subscription and everything... but reading this makes me regret spending money on a game that's unplayable on the West Coast (I'm in CA). Also, I couldn't find a way to cancel my subscription anywhere in the subscription section. I had to search for it on the internet to find the right page. Sleazy tactics to save money and keep people paying. You think your users won't notice? Good luck with that. I'll probably just stick with ESO.
