  1. There are much more creative ways to deliver a quest, and, in the case of TOR, more cost-effective. Here is an example in the simplest form: a scientist is researching/testing/experimenting/theorizing on X, but lacks Y, and Y is heavily guarded/secured or lost/forgotten/perhaps-may-not-even-exist. Instead of a prominent Jedi aimlessly walking around Coruscant for people to help, this quest giver approaches you in the form of a parcel (i.e. mailbox) containing his request and information. The best part? No dialogue, therefore less money spent. It's a minor quest that really has no meaning, so why waste money on voice acting. I enjoy the voice acting for most quests, but some of them are just so unnecessary, and furthermore there's such a lack of diversity in how you receive quests. It's a small thing, but it's nice, and better yet it is less money to spend on voice actors speaking wasted lines.
  2. 1. No, it does not. 2. There is no such way. You will only be a presented with a text at the bottom of the screen stating "Waiting on other players", or something like that. 3. In regards to the first part, I don't believe there is.
