It's the entire section, I can't get to the code entry point. Once I click the button to redeem a code, it goes straight to the error.

Hi there! I'm not sure if this is the right place, or I should put this in bugs, but the code redemption screen is not working for me. It brings me to a "swtor.checkout.ea.com" and it says it's unsecured, and then gives me an ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. I tried in multiple browsers and no luck, so I do not think it's me. I am guessing it is the server. Here is the URL I get (without the token) when I click "Enter a Code". Adjusting the URL or trying to navigate to the main page does nothing to fix it - it gives the same error. https://swtor.checkout.ea.com/lockbox-ui/checkout/redeemCode?lang=en_US&gameId=swtor2&encryptedToken= Wondering if anyone has any experience with this, or is having the same issue!

Hello there! EA merged my account a little while back and I didn't think to check any of the join dates because my original date was 2008. But they ended up merging...all the accounts into the newest account I had, which was one from 2012. I am worried it'll affect my game, because it even says here my join date is 2012. I should still have access to all the...stuff from before that date, right? Aaaah! I know it's only a six month or so difference from game launch, but. Six months is a good chunk of time after game launch to me! EA has been no help when I asked them to merge it back to my OG ancient account. Thanks everyone! (Also sorry if this is the wrong category, but it's not really a bug or anything.)

Hello there! I run a community on Discord that we've just moved to (from Facebook) and opened it up to multiple eras, and while we have a lot of SWTOR friends and a guild, we'd love to have more SWTOR-literate players/writers to come join us. We're friendly, chill, have experienced GMs and players, plus LGBTQ and woman leadership. Alongside writing, we have spaces to vibe too. Voice chats, watch parties, we're a very fun bunch. The premise is rather open sandbox and open world, very player-led, and allows space for lore characters alongside original characters. It does stick to the story - no AUs, but individual stories are very encouraged - I've crafted multiple stories and campaigns to weave into the existing SWTOR stories - from the Exchange to Sith lore - all we need are some more players. Okay so... Yesterday I played all afternoon, while in activity finder for dread fortress. Finally I got in an ops group for dread fortress, and everything seemed relatively okay. Then, a group got the group finder glitch. So we all had to leave the group and come back, problem, we all got the lockout. So we waited 10 minutes, and finally we were “fine”...except we were still locked out. So we remade the group again. This time we weren’t allowed to decline any of the group finder invitations. So we just had to wait for all of them to time out. About the fifth or sixth group finder invitation, we stop being allowed to invite people to our group. Then two of us lose the ability to chat entirely. We can see messages but we can’t send them. So we re-log. Then, we have no ability to chat at all - we can’t even see the chats. I try to re-log multiple more times, and no improvement. I restart. No improvement. So I just move on to my dailies and put up with the fact I can’t chat with anyone. I get up this morning and login, and my guild is gone. Instantly of course I freak out. But my friend gets on in the guild is still there. I also discovered that half of the game’s dialogs say that I am free to play, and the other half of the game’s dialogs say that I’m a subscriber. Weird but OK. I still can’t chat. I completely shut the game down try it again. Finally everything comes back. Weird. But...OK. I now have a message in my inbox. It says, and I quote “sorry was a wierd glitch”, from someone I’ve never heard of before....with 1,999,999 credits attached. I had been offline for hours when it was supposedly sent. What the kriff is going on in this game?! lol

So I was subbed for Hexid but never got her. Now I unlocked an achievement that gave me Hexid, but only on the toon active when I got the achievement. Is there something I’m supposed to do to get Hexid on my main? Thanks!

As of twenty or thirty minutes ago, I cannot interact with any NPC. I have relogged, changed planets, tried inside story and just generally...I can’t talk to useless NPCs nor can I further quests, at all. I went from the Fleet to Alderaan and then, bam. This happened - and on every planet. I can’t even talk to my companions inside the Alliance base, let alone talk to mission holding people such as Oggurobb, Sana-Rae or Lokin (the quests I was working on). I can’t talk to people outside story instances either. I submitted a ticket but does anyone have any advice?

So I accidentally skipped Makeb on this toon. I need Macrobinoculars to complete some achievements. I can’t find how to get to the data center on Makeb now...so I can’t get the Macrobinocular quest. I’ve tried going to the different terminals on different planets too. Alderaan, Nar Shaddaa, the terminal in Makeb Orbital Station. Help? Please? Where do I go? What do I do?

I’ve abandoned this heroic for now, but essentially I got halfway through killing jedi and destroyed multiple chests. There was no loot option. I can’t find a loot option. I got 0 artefacts from like, 8 chests. What exactly am I supposed to do to finish this? Is it just bugged?

Jeez, some of you are negative nellies The patching, relog, etc did not fix it, so I am going to try different planets and all that. It started on Belsavis, so maybe there are certain areas that don't work. But I got most of my decos from snowballing wampas, talz, and ortolans so...I'd hate to have that ability disappear.

As the title says, I was able to for the last few hours and now can't anymore. Is anyone else having this problem? I want my snow covered parcels...

I've gone through this stage thrice now, and every time about 153, -555, in the little corridor with the Nexu - there is a random attack that happens not from the Nexu. At the end, the huge corpse of a "Experiment 637" boss appears on the ground. Not sure what it is.

Yes, story mode. I thought so too, but I was in a corner with no red/yellow at all, no droids in range, etc... and it was basically instakill everytime. Maybe the AoE was bugging out and not showing me the ones nearby me...maybe it's just something I'm missing...either way i do not know still

I spent my first 3 years of playing trying to become a healer...needless to say I am forever DPS simply because I can't do it. You aren't alone in not understanding the magic of healing

So...I've tried this like 8 times now. I get the darn thing to around 50% health then the entire thing rains hellfire and my toon is stuck in explosion after explosion knocking her from 100% health to 0% in under 5 seconds, despite hiding in the corner by the health restore-thingy, being near her heal companion, and using heals. Plus avoiding the ranged attacks from the droid. What do?

I am consistently having crackling sound. Originally it was just on Hoth and Odessen, but now it has become everywhere and every toon. It also crackles and skips on other things while I am playing, especially any dialogue. I used to listen to music in the background, but now that is impossible. I have 8GB of RAM, updated all drivers, my download speed is 65-80 mbps, I've changed in game settings, sound settings, tried to patch repair, tried to change my out of game graphics/sound settings, and just patched today with the Nathema Conspiracy. I even just recently reinstalled the game but still had the sound issue, just not everywhere yet. I also opened and closed the GC interface hoping that would randomly fix it. It's essentially become unplayable. I'm missing 50% of in game conversation audio and it's very non-immersive otherwise. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'll have to give it a try then, I suppose. Trying to figure out whether to invest my evening in new toon or the old one. Thanks.

I figure this is the best place to ask...but I played through on my main to just before Umbara (I was avoiding it because I knew what happened), and I ended up ending the romance with Theron before Umbara. I was planning on starting it along with the update today...and did not want my character to be "betrayed" in the story...now I feel stupid. My fiancé told me I made a mistake, knowing he's my favourite. Does anyone know if you can resume it with the Nathema stuff, or should i just create a new version of my main and pretend i wasn't such an impulsive gamer?
