It says to go to the 'my account' page, click 'character transfer' and then click 'start a character transfer' there is absolutely no text on the 'character transfer' page that says start a character transfer, nor is there a button.

Hello forum people! I was wondering how you ACTUALLY start a character transfer from server to server. I have check the 'my account' page, and there is nothing under 'character transfer' that actually initiates the character transfer process. I have been trying to find this for quite some time.
