  1. Im also thinking of getting this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/DELL-SFF-DESKTOP-PC-SERIES-FH868-CN-0-FH868-DVI-PCI-E-LOW-PROFILE-OEM-VIDEO-CARD-/251241483449?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item3a7f28ccb9 Can anyone tell me if this would work?
  2. No, I recently purchased this computer. How can I get a graphics card?
  3. Hello again, everyone! I am going to leave my dxdiag info here. I set up SWTOR, but apparently my system is incompatible. Will you please tell me if you find anything wrong wit these results?
  4. Yes, but I want to have high settings when I play. Anyways, thank you all for your support! I have purchased a new computer thanks to all of you.
  5. Thank you for all of your replies! let me give you a little info about my situation: I have about 15 FPS on the lowest possible settings, except shaders is on low instead of very low. 15 is a rough count, sometimes it being 10, and outdoors on tatooine and hoth being around 17-20. I know there's something on the computer that allows me to look at specs, but I forget how. can someone post a tip?
  6. Hello everyone! I apologize if the title gave you the wrong idea, I didn't know what to call it. Anyways, the point is I'm looking to buy a new computer. A laptop, a PC, whatever. I would like all of you to post one of several different things that would help me in the comments. Here is a list: Tips on what kind of a Computer to buy (Specs, etc.) Tell me what kind of Computers to buy that have a good FPS while running SWTOR, with a link. Tell me what FPS with that your SWTOR gets, and what Computer specs you have. Post a link to another forum discussion that would help me. There are a few other things that would really help me, but this is off the top of my head. All I ask is that if you suggest a computer that it be under 1000 USD. I'm on a budget. Thanks!
  7. I agree wholeheartedly. Out of all the many races that I have seen other players suggest, Togruta seems to be very consistent. And for me, it's the number one race I want. +1
  8. I've been playing with this idea in my head. Before I start, I want to say this: It has nothing to do with story content, and would be just a fun little feature. In fact, I'd rather this not be used, because they should work on other aspects in the game. I just want to share it. A lot of people have microphones. So why not add an option when you right click on a character portrait that allows you to go into a cinematic convo with a desired player, desired ops, or group. If you don't understand, it's like chatting with an NPC except with players. Perhaps you could implement something that would cause the players mouth to move whenever it detects a voice in a microphone. Nice idea, in my opinion. The only way I could see Bioware making money off of this is if f2p has to stay at a fixed camera angle, etc, pref getting more options, blah blah blah, you get it. Pros: Better Rping! I would love that. ;_; Would be a fun thing for level 55s to do, and get more people interested in roleplay, hopefully making them stay with swtor for a while. Perhaps even making the sub. I realize there could be more pros, but this is as much as I can think of at the moment. Cons: If the person who is talking into the mic actually shows THEIR voice, it could get annoying. Sure, some people have great voices that would be good for RP, but I don't think anyone wants to RP with that nasally 8 year old pervert kid. On the other hand, if the respective voice actor for each class was the that you would hear, it would be better. But there are so many cons to this idea, im going to list them separately. Cons: Im not sure if we have the tech to make the voice smooth and fluid, which would be the only way it was worth it. Im not sure who would want to RP with Eevie and siri, and all those other voices. Im assuming Bioware pays it's actors, so I imagine this would be costly. Therefore, I doubt bioware would make it. Not everyone has a clear voice. Without their real voice coming through, many words would get messed up. That's all I have to say for now. Did I miss any pros or cons? Place a comment below and give me your thoughts on this!
