Rep solution to Ilum: just don't go there, it's a pain in the *** and not worth the time
Imp solution to Ilum: Yeah, you Reps have 10 people on Ilum, 7 in the pvp area... we have 20 people camping your base and 20 circling at center getting armaments. All you gotta do is fly out of your base, guerrilla warfare, kill imp stragglers. Just come at us and fight.
What neither side seems to understand is that population imbalance with no incentive for the underdog will cause this situation where the only winning move for the underpopped is to simply not play.
The server I play on is dying. People in our guild have stopped logging on, the Rep Fleet has fewer and fewer people, and people justify staying by saying 1.2 could help things.
Ilum has failed, it is time to do a full redesign.
