Ok i'm lvl 50 mostly watchman spec'd i can get him down to just over half what do i need or what am i doing wrong or not doing any help is appreciated thanks in advance

I'm at lvl 24 and would like to know the best build for a sentinel ? what gear at this lvl ,how is the best way to spend points and what crew skills should I have taken? any advice would be helpful thanks in advance
