  1. Read my post about how I beat it. You should be at least level 30, and you should have a third interrupt called "distraction" or something which is on a fairly short timer. Keep your poison dart up and use the consoles to break his line of sight whenever he starts casting. I whittled him down while kiting around the computers until I had my interrupts off CD so I could string them together and deal massive damage while not taking as much. It's also worth taking medpacs and stims and adrenals. You can buy the medpacs and stims right on his ship.
  2. Regarding being a low level for that quest: I have this problem with most RPGs or similar games where there are loads of side quests to do. I get way too sucked in to the story, and on top of that I feel like if I can take time to help some baby faced Imperial private kill some Jawas in the middle of nowhere on Tattooine instead of taking down a terrorist cell, that my original mission just isn't as important as the game wants me to believe and then I get bored. TL;DR I really like the Agent story and sometimes I rush through the main quests without doing side quests.
  3. I finally did it. Instead of luring him down his stairs I just did as much damage to him at the top of the stairs (interrupting him and healing Kaliyo as much as possible) until about halfway which is when Kaliyo died. (I used Kaliyo just so I could take the least amount of damage.) Once Kaliyo died I flashed him as soon as he started casting and ran to the computers and healed up and just kited him around and laying the damage on him whenever I could chain together my interrupts. The last two phases were extremely easy in my opinion and Kaliyo and I never died. I didn't use Vector just so I could take the least amount of damage. A dead companion means I can keep fighting. I am a Concealment Operative btw and I beat it at level 30. EDIT: I'd also like to apologize if my OP was rude. I was pretty frustrated with the bugging of an already fairly difficult boss.
  4. Please give me some in depth explanations. "I ran around the computers" does nothing to help me. I'd like to hear what other people did for this. Specifics like level/spec and companion used what adrenals or pacs or whatever. I'm getting extremely frustrated with this and I'm going to claw my eyes out if I have to keep leveling on Alderaan to beat this stupid mission. Did anyone kill the boss on the platform? If you pulled him down, how did your companion not get destroyed?
  5. Thanks a bunch for that! I picked up biochem, bioanalysis, and diplomacy and it's great. I have a constant supply of medpacks and stimpacks.
  6. Can someone explain the crew skills and suggestions for ones to take? There are a lot and I'm not sure which I should pick. My first character is an Operative and is at level 19 so far and I haven't leveled any.
