    Yup, sounds resonable.. might even be what will happen too.

    This isn't new, it started during beta.. people putting little keys in their sigs, lording over the rest of us plebs. I'm sure most of it was in jest though.

    If f2p doesn't live up to the suits expectations pretty soon I'm reasonable sure they will just shut the whole thing down, or sell it off.

    Rift 1.9 already happened a while back.. "Conquest" isn't all it was hyped up to be, have a look on their forums. some like it, more doesn't.

    Sounds to me that you'd be fine with the free to play option, better spend those $15 on the cool store exclusive items we'll undoubtedly see before long. If you want/need them that is.

    I'll stay for a bit or at least until my sub runs out just to see how things work out, I think what we'll mainly see is a shift in focus from the game to the cash shop. Cool items that people will want will be store exclusive.

    I'm sure it's like the holodancer and whatnot.. you can sit on it for 10 seconds then it despawns with a 2 min cd or something.
