  1. I've recently created several tickets ingame and almost got the same reply on most of them "we're trying to keep the game alive" I respect that even in these pandemic days when everyone's either indoors or find any other way of entertainment, support here still replies on a daily basis and are very active. Currently I'm a seasoned returning player (mostly preffered sub) and I thought about this suggestion (if anyone else already proposed this over the years, then accept my apologies for wasting time). The main subject of this thought and a possible idea to increase the game activity overall in aiding the "keeping the game alive" matter, would be a possible implementation of two new classes (one Republic, one Empire) so both old and new players can enjoy new content besides expansions and stories. This came across while completing the Legendary Player perk. The new classes might be: - Republic: SIS Agent - Empire: Overseer The plot/story for them would be something like: SIS Agent: Since through other class storyline progression we encountered several SIS Agent occurences and conflicts their story could interact with other existing stories, mostly handling quests like Imperial Agent, undercover jobs in Black Market, Underworld etc and the strict Republic related chain quest would be working directly under the Chancellor's command. Overseer: This mostly would benefit a different way of handling story progression and/or leveling matters as other classes and would have a storyline based on travelling to existing planets in search of new Force sensitive acolytes and preliminary training questlines before sending the acolytes to Korriban where most acolytes have a starting point in their story. Ultimately, the end class quest would be that your character becomes the Korriban Overseer after working closely with several Darths, including Dark Council ones. I would very much enjoy to see a more involved Dark Council in a class storyline interaction, much as the Jedi Council has for the Republic Jedi classes. Again, apologies if new class implementations have already been suggested and turned down. Thought I might give it a try. PS: Thanks for your time reading this and stay safe!
