for everyone trying to buy commendation and transfer them I have found the way to do it if this has been posted before I have not found it so here goes. When you purchase a commendation token 1000,500 or 100 you will see a red time at the bottom that timer must reach 0 before you can put it into your legacy hold if you log out and your off for a few hours the timer restarts when you log onto that toon so you must remain online until it reaches 0
