    Don't know if this has already been discussed, but a ratings/feedback system would be a welcome addition to the group finder utility. Once an instance is complete, have a menu pop up allowing you to rate the performance of your group mates (1 to 5 stars or whatever and maybe a comment section). Not perfect, but at least you can get a general idea of potential group mates.
