  1. I'll do that first then bring in my computer if I have to. I don't see why the DxDiag wouldn't be enough though. Thanks.
  2. I have a friend who can build a computer, so I'll probably just get him over. He lives almost next door, and I'm scared I'll break it, but yeah, you're probably right about thinking 'that's all there is to it?'
  3. Thank you, I will probably end up going to a shop where they can help me. It's probably he best idea based on what you said. Should I bring my computer with me the first time I go?
  4. How would I know what card I should buy then? Should I go visit a store near me that sells technology and just bring my computer info? If that's a yes, how do I know what info to bring?
  5. Because you said that I'm running the worst processor for graphics. I'm not sure though, computers easily confuse me.
  6. What's the difference of ATI and AMD Radeon? Results when I google ATI 6450 show a lot of AMD things. Is AMD the company that you suggest?
  7. So is video card inside the processor? And Ok, I'll look into an ATI 6450.
  8. More specifically, I have no idea what I'm doing and not sure at all what I'm looking for. All I know is that I need a card that has enough dedicated memory, and that mine does not have enough. I'm looking for something compatible with a computer running Windows Vista, and its a HP Pavilion. Also there's something that says "Intel core 2 quad inside" so I'm assuming that's the processor? I hope that's enough information... Now can anybody help me find a video card that would run star wars for me, I'm on a low-ish budget so I'm looking for something in the cheaper range. I really don't want to go over 80 dollars if that's possible.
