  1. If they added a whole new room for Trophies that would work well for the Mannequin Idea, maybe give you an option to modify your ship, turn the cargo room into a trophy room instead, manage designs, lighting, ect. If Rift can do it I know SWTOR can for sure.
  2. Love the idea of the Mannequins though not alot of room on the ships, I would say either allow for Bigger ships (Im a member of the dark council after all) or Give us some sort of large player housing on planets (again im a member of the dark council, why shouldnt I have my own citidel ^_^). With the housing in place that would allow for space to display many different Mannequins on the ship instead of the 1 they would give if they did it. Cause I have LOTS of armor set ups i love but dont use currently.
  3. You hit it spot on, Ive posted a few threads with the same ideas an no results as of now, but still hopefull. Most of these ideas truly are neccasities to the game. The more organized a guild is and the more resources a guild has at its disposal, the more involved players can get in the game. Bioware please read this thread and listen well, we NEED better structure and better tools for our guilds.
  4. Im not complaining for the lack of variety in Color, Im complaining on the whole thing. Why would I want to choose from premade color combo's? and plus im a subscriber, Im tired of Bioware wanting me to spend hundreds of dollars so I can have the character I want, so far all I have seen is $$$$$$$$$ in their eyes, they promised better if not free things for subscribers, and what do we have, a few 25%-50% discounts, I spent $150 on the CE edition of the game at release, payed $15 a month since it began, and yeah probably $50-$100 worth of cartel points. So round about $500 dollars spent on the game. We deserve much better than this. (totally not raging at you, your comment just got me thinking how much we are being screwed lol)
  5. Im sorry but there are A LOT of references to things that happen later on in the star wars saga, hell on the sith fleet there is a sith lord that resebmes darth vader talking to a group of bounty hunters just like in Empire Strikes back. And there would be an aerna, it was geonosis where the "New Mandalore" appeared to rally the mandolorians for the Mandolorian war and he became mandalore within an arena Colosseum that was on Geonosis, so Lore wise my idea fits, Gamplay wise I simply put down ONE ill say it again ONE!! idea for something to be added to the game for a little added fun, of course I would want loads of other content, this is simply one idea that would be part of a large expansion and the whole thing could have something to do with remnants of the Mandalorian war so it keeps with the lore.
  6. I really didn't put a lot in detail on what I said I suppose, I don't intend in any way for Large guilds to have an advantage, I see my guild as a family, and all my friends are in it, you are very right in the fact that guilds are there to play with friends and I don't ever want some 100+ member guild to be ontop just because they have 100+ members. When I say guild lvls I don't mean you should get anything better than anyone else, maybe just cosmetic stuff, stuff for guild ships, Perks should be given as the 5% exp buff was given...Automatically. And last I don't see them as needed for good gameplay, but if your going to have guilds in a game you have to realize many will have players you don't know personally, and as a guild leader I know that when running a guild you have to supply guildies with activities and things to do, this would just make it easier is all.
  7. Ok so here goes my long Rant of Ideas.... 1. We need simple stuff for guilds. examples... a. Guild Log for keeping track of invites, gquits, Promotions, and note changes b. Tax rate for guild bank to build up credits c. Guild Calendar for guild events and Raid scheduling d. Activity tracker, allow Guild leaders and officers to keep track of members activity and how long they have been offline so we can better manage promotions and cleaning out dead players. 2. Guild Exclusiveness a. Almost every MMO that I have played has had tabards, banners, or some sort of heraldry to recognize guilds and show off to others. b. Guild Starships to gather with your guildies plan events, hold events, hang out, there are many many possibilities you can have with a guild star ship. 3. A reason to be in a guild! a. Guild level system b. Custom guild quests Example (officer posts a quest to kill 1000 Jawas when completed offers credit and or item reward from guild bank that was linked to quest) (EDIT: I don't intend this to be a static quest that the whole guild works on at all times, I intend for this to be quests you get off a guild quest terminal that you complete with a group of guildies or Solo but credit can only be achieved by members of the guild, so no pugs can help) c. More guild perks (I know this is in the works but id like to see more than 1 at a time) Over all we need to see some major work done with guilds in this game, guilds are what essentially holds an MMO together, keeps players in the game, and is just another way to offer content that will keep people playing while not having to make loads of new planets or questlines or Raids, ect.
  8. Ok this is ridiculous and I know there are tons of posts about it but idc, I have been an avid Bioware fan for many years, played the hell out of all their games, still subbed to Warhammer Online. How is it that in a game like Warhammer you can give us the ability to dye our armor any way we want, but for one of your largest most successful MMO's you couldn't even get it close to right? seriously Bioware fix your crap, fire your end game armor designers, and get back on track with your good stuff that we know you can deliver!
  9. The Idea was simply to have more of a direct war feeling instead of the hey its the republic lets get them, while we are fighting someone else. I have said nowhere anything about pvp however a planet that offers both PVE zones and open PvP would be pretty sweet as well. And no I don't envision a large open world flashpoint as a "side thing" I simply have stated an Idea for a new planet and something cool that planet could have on it. I believe there is plenty of Innovation in this idea because its just one thing that could open up into something larger, Im not talking about a single planet expansion here, im talking about a small part of something large, like 1 planet idea amongst a multi planet multi act expansion.
  10. 1. I don't believe I said anywhere PvP, but more the feeling of a full scale world battle, not the guerrilla war tactics we have been using, 2. I don't necessarily mean more waves with no end, There should be an end, and at the end you could get like new gear and stuff at the appropriate lvl, but it shouldn't be like a flashpoint where any group can beat it, It should take both skill and gear to actually beat it. Yes your going to die, A LOT, but that just gives more drive to build your character, my idea is simply a fun side thing for people to do, maybe for people who don't like to do dailies, they can earn coms and stuff (maybe not as much at a time as dailies) but still something whether you win or lose. 3. This idea is something that veers away from standard MMO gameplay yes, but in my opinion that's a good thing, we don't need this game becoming anymore like WoW than it already is.
  11. So while watching a full marathon of the Star Wars movies from start to finish I had an idea for a new planet and mechanic/activity in the game. It was during Episode 2 that I decided going to Geonosis would be an absolute blast, make it a huge warzone(not meaning PvP just a word for reference) AND (yes referencing to the clone wars). Ive always liked the idea of more quests zones with full scale Rep Vs Emp War going on not the hey we are facing this random enemy and the republic/Empire just happen to be here too. Now the new activity part I thought of would have to do with the Geonosis style arena. It could be either a solo or group event, so basically you talk to an npc to get it started and you enter the arena, you then proceed to face wave after wave of enemies taken from all corners of the galaxy that we have fought before (lvl appropriate of course). The more waves you survive the greater your rewards would be!! well lemme know what you think and if you would endorse this idea, I for one thing it would bring a very fun and free time consuming end game event, that could even be updated with every expansion that increases lvl. Note this is just one of many things that could be on both this new planet and in a large expansion.
  12. Im not sure what everyone seems to have a problem with, I run a GeForce 680i as well as 32gigs of RAM and all my settings are maxxed and im still running at 150fps and higher, I do think they should optimize for lesser computers though, maybe reduce the amount of memory it takes to run the game as to bring in more players or help the ones who play with lag.
  13. WoW...just WOW...seriously people, this happens every time a game is released as an MMO, world of warcraft started out this way, LOTRO started this way, every MMO starts off like this. Its called patience, not every game can start out a vet of its type right after release. I for one would rather them take too long for a release than give us an unfinished, unpolished mess. They did the same with the release for the game itself and look at the greatness they achieved. so QQ!!
