this is from a merc pve pov i think that to increase tank healing a little bit more give them a heal that is a execute heal haels more due to the % of hp missing that will help a lot and for arsenal dps cuz in ops fights i can compete with other dps but when it gets to burn phase their executes just make them shoot up so we can get one this is what i think atleast
