  1. The problem with server mergers is that people don't want to rename characters and may have too many characters to combine on one server. But, I thought of the perfect solution; they could introduce Pokemon to the game. It seems like that band wagon has enough momentum to Cary a lot of players back to the game, LOL.
  2. I completely agree. I paid real money for Treek (cartel coins) and multiple HK droids, and now I feel cheated. There's nothing special about them any more. When I played WOW, I went through a lot of trouble to acquire special pets, and then they normalized all pets. I quit soon after. I feel like this game is losing all the little things that made it great. The devil's in the details, so they say. I like the new story content, and I will wait for chapter X, but it seems like this game is catering more and more to little kids. That's not what I want. Please restore companion individuality.
  3. I hate it too. It's a simple dumbed down version of a talent tree. I'm paid up for a few months but likely to go f2p after that and start looking for a new game. Too bad.
  4. You guys are missing the point; XP reduction happens by itself when you out level a place. The point is that if you know you are going to out level a planet before you are done, you could divert some of it to extra money, or legacy, or something else. Of course you can keep doing missions for almost no XP if you want, but it would be nice if there was a third option.
  5. Indeed, it would be nice. If I have a clever idea for a name, I have, in the past, just made a random character to test it, and then deleted to make the custom character that I actually wanted. It would save time, and how hard could it be implement?
  6. I can't imagine why a bounty hunter would not want to equip a blaster. You can have fist fights with legacy punch and whatnot. I think what you are proposing would detract from the game; having a weapon should be superior than having none.

  8. Hmm. On one hand, a companion should not be as good or better than another player (tho they start out that way at beginner levels). On the other hand, keeping with KOTOR tradition, you could choose what your companions learned and improved. That doesn't mean that any of them could assume any of the three roles, tho. I think maybe you are coming from the perspective of: I like this one better and want him/her with me, but the other one does a better job. That's just the way it is, but I would be in favor of more customizability.

  10. There is usually not very much chat in WZs, unless you have voice communication with a pre-made group. Soldiers on the battlefield don't have to like each other. We have a bolster system; it wouldn't be right to kick someone because you don't think their gear is very good. And why would you ever want a relic to not work? Maybe there could be different levels of WZs if you only want to compete against your equals, but I'd suggest making some friends and joining together.
  11. Ya, it seems a lot of players don't like the skin color or something about the effect. I don't know why it has only two options: on or off. I actually liked the look of dark1 the best. Also, in keeping with KOTOR tradition, there should be an aura or fog or something for light side. It would be a more rewarding accomplishment if alignment had options.
  12. That's a good idea. If I try to do every mission on a planet, I end up doing it for the affection and about six XP. Throw in some daily FPs and WZs and whole planets get out leveled. I realize that f2p players may need extra, but I have been a subscriber since I started.
  13. This is a good idea. While some people may find it amusing to insert the word "Jawa" or something else into every sentence, I would rather ignore those individual lines of dross. Other people may be hypersensitive to something not generally considered profane. The filter should be customizable. I second the motion.
  14. I think it would be hard to be fair to everyone, and people would complain no matter what, but I hear you. It seems like when you max out a skill and you have your gear, most of them are not that useful or fun. It would be cool if each profession had a special role in events. I like it.
  15. I fear it wouldn't be good enough for me. I'm kind of a neat freak when it comes to my inventory and cargo hold. I like it a certain way. I never use the sort option, and the one time I did, I screamed. It takes like a minute to sort things if you keep up on it.
