Today, we were doing SM Calphayus on pubs. The boss reset on us twice going into the third past/future phase. Within about 10 seconds of entering it, the boss reset and we had to kill him all over again. We are pretty sure it is because the main tank is going into the past while the off tank is going into the future. As a result, the boss can't find the main tank (who has aggro) since he is not in the future and resets. If we could fix this problem (aggro dump?), I know my raid would really appreciate it. I leveled my Guardian to 50 as a tank (then switched to DPS), so I can talk about the trip from level 30 until 50 or 55. You know when you complete quests and you get the option of getting planetary commendations? Pick them over the crappy green gear. You can buy orange heavy armour and fill it up with armourings, mods, and enhancements which you buy either on fleet (Supplies section outer ring) or on the planets themselves. Anywho, I don't think you have access to any real tank gear (which gives absorb/defense/shield/accuracy) until level 40-ish. (Maybe you can start buying stuff that gives at 30? It's been a little while.) As a result, what I did was always picked the mods which gave high endurance. (E.g. pick Guardian armourings over Might armourings.) Whenever I did flashpoints, I would be miles ahead of everyone else because I had so much endurance. Because I wasn't sacrificing any real tanking stats, healers didn't have a tough time healing me. Once you have access to stuff that gives defense/absorb/shield, please pick that over endurance though. As for Vette, pick gear that is high cunning. (E.g. Skill armouring over Patron armouring.) Again, modifiable gear will give the best stats.

In addition to all the problems with gear alignment (I'm not happy about my Assassin being completely unplayable because she isn't Dark I like her gear currently requires), my shadow's outfit is currently bugged. In The Foundry, the fight with HK involves a lot of flashing lights. I have a history of seizures and often had to take extreme precautions during that fight (e.g. turning down the brightness on my screen so much I could barely see what was going on). Even after the fight is over, I feel horrible and have to take long break from doing anything just to get in control of my health again. I think that this part of the fight, since the extreme amount of flashing lights is clearly just for aesthetics, should be removed. Whenever I get this FP, I have to drop the group, which is no fair to my group members nor myself.
