Unfortunately, we're going to have to ring them. They just tell you to call them when they answer the ticket. Hopefully it won't be a chore when they eventually answer.

I still haven't received anything and there's been no response to my ticket either. I noticed that the transaction is stuck in pending on my bank account. Perhaps because I bought it during the maintenance something got bugged. It is my understanding that that means the purchase hasn't been fully processed yet and if it fails to do it within 7 days it will just go back into my account.

Still not showing up for me either. Bought on SWTOR.com when the realms were down for maintenance yesterday. Money taken from bank account, but nothing shows up in the My SWTOR for recent transactions.

I have the same problem. Nothing showing in game, but money taken from bank. Now I'm stuck on loading screen loop. Perhaps it will turn up tomorrow.

This is probably going to be a really stupid question...but here goes anyway. I am leveling a Sith Marauder and am currently confused over which of the adaptable gear I should be crafting to wear. The Force Expert gear looks like Inquisitor robes and the Aegis Warrior. Dulfy's guides suggest that as a Marauder I need stats more associated with the Force Expert gear. So my question is should I be a Marauder dressed like an Inquisitor or should I be wearing the warrior looking stuff despite the fact it has stats like shield rating and defense?
