There are tons of adaptive armors. There are just few that give that government issue feel to them. As for the ones I find throughout the game? There's some variation in chest pieces. Some have those weird little butt capes. Some pants and boots to go with it, but then we roll around to the helmet. I can go Underwater or many other variations, but there isn't a single one I can find that doesn't look like some minor variation on the classic stormtrooper. Different visor here, reverse facehugger there. Some of them just look needlessly clunky too.

So it seems like there isn't a whole lot in the way of trooper-y styles. Sure there is some stuff that's kind of out there like the Sith armors and whatnot that can occasionally drop from packs, but there are currently untapped ideas to go through. Look at chest plates. Do i have a backpack? Maybe some weird shoulder pieces? At best, you can nab the forward ops, and it looks almost like it might maybe be inspired by something else. Then the helmet comes in and throws it outta whack. Getting into level 50+ gear from the vendors, it all looks really awkward. It They just kinda look wrong for a Republic Trooper. They'd look great on a Sith Juggernaut though. Can we please get some more helmets that don't look like variations on the same? Maybe bring back the Tionese I think it was? Come up with some armors that look like they belong on a soldier employed by the republic and stationed in environments you haven't looked at yet?
