What happened to the pre-order crystal vendor?

I spent about 30 minutes running around looking for the vendor today, couldnt find him either... -
I was turning around in a circle trying to find someone to past the ball too, unfortunately I couldn't, as to my shields I was just trying to prolong the death lol. And as a side note, I dont use my keyboard to turn I use my mouse, I just have very limited mouse room area atm.
